I'd swap the Absolute Amazement proc for the other piece you didn't use. The proc is broken in PVE and has been as long as I can remember.
Looks pretty good to me, I'll assume you've either read some guides or checked other builds. -

I crafted the wrong T4 Rebirth and sent a ticket begging them to give me the one I wanted. my very deepest thanks to GM_****** for fixing it for me. Saves me having to go re craft the entire thing all over. -

I've just reactivated after a couple of years and opened the costume store on one of my characters, only to find everything amiss. Pieces of her costume are just plain missing from her in the store view, and the store's trying to charge over a million inf to apply the 'changes' when nothing has changed, aside from the missing stuff. Would approach the softcap to most damage positions. all while keeping the same high damage and excellent debuffs. Without any set bonuses.
