I am honestly shocked that you are speechless about this. You're the go-to person for video driver questions!
I'll wipe the drivers and reinstall last month's 11.5 release, which seemed to be pretty stable. If I keep crashing, then at least I'll know it's not the video driver. Thanks anyway Saist! -
I crashed 4 times tonight, and the only change I've made to my machine since last week was to install the 11.6 drivers (dated 2011-06-15) this weekend.
Is anyone else having trouble with them, or are they relatively stable for others?
Graphics card is a Radeon HD 5850, OS is Win 7 Pro-64. -

But otherwise, yes, you unlock your slots on any combination of servers (other than the VIP server) and that's all you get unless you purchase more slots or upgrade to a VIP account again. -

Well, we know the Praetorian Hamidon is a massive tentacled, fanged beast from the descriptions of Cole's fight with it (on the Going Rogue website) and the random giant tentacles that can sometimes be seen smacking into the sonic shielding surrounding the city in game. Maybe we ARE getting an enemy monster like that?

As far as the movie itself goes, though, I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought it was better than both Thor and X-Men: First Class. I just don't feel that Ryan Reynolds was the right one to play Hal Jordan--or rather, that the Hal Jordan in the movie was even remotely true to the source material.

I can't really play Tankers or ranged damage characters. Well, I couldn't, until they proliferated Rad to Blasters... I've actually had good luck and a lot of fun on my Rad/Mind Blaster, since he can get in, hit hard and jump back out when using his secondary attacks.
Most of my characters are Scrappers, Brutes and Controllers. Similarly, my only 50s after over 7 years of play are 1 Scrapper, 1 Stalker and 3 Controllers.

Sooo... apparently, there's some sort of event planned for Galaxy in the near future, and it will be directed via Facebook and Twitter? I hope the info will be posted--that is, officially posted--on the forums as well. Some of us don't like social networking, and I'd rather not dig through the virtual garbage on Facebook to find out information about the virtual garbage in City of Heroes.
