Get a bunch of people to turn in Halloween salvage. We turned in sets on Triumph and the zones went crazy with the events.

I've been able to Sonic Cage one before a long time ago.
You've gotta slot for it though because IF it hits, the generators seem to have extremely high resistance to it.
TLDR: I've done it with Sonic Cage, but it wasn't reliable and didn't last very long. -

Yes, it is wrong.
This is coming from a guy that made an entire AE group with critters that were all intentionally misnamed for their powersets.
Ex:
Archery / Dual Blades minions named "Ice Tanker"
