Is the Updater Having Connection Issues?

Can't get in either. Crashed out on Virtue (8th time in 3 hours) but this time I can't get back on.
oh wait... it looks like it is going to connect now. yay.
Having some issues here too...had to reformat the PC again(long story), and re-copied everything from the CoH and NCSoft folders via my USB FlashDrive...updater is having some odd issues connecting, and when/if it does, the speed is horrifically slow and sometimes just stalls out....
*scratches head*
Seems like the EU side updater is totally borked currently. Connecting #22 going at the moment and usually it connects in a couple of seconds...

I'm on my second round of connection attempts. I'm chatting with a friend on Skype who's having the same issue.
Is something broken?
EDIT: Nevermind! It's connecting now. Weird.
