I was recently invited to sisterhood and havent used it much yet, but im still there =P And I don't use CIT, but track on badgehunter...I havent verified in a while, but I'm up to 675 now.

In response to immaturity arguments in Liberty's LB channel, the Camo's Teen Lounge global channel has been established to entertain the youth of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. We are a fun loving bunch, and have just a few requirements:
Must NOT be sensitive. At all.
Must handle well in occasional high-drama situations

Wow, that is pretty weird....but that's the only reason I can think of. Maybe he tried the game out around the first anniversary and didn't like it, and now he's back to try it again?

It definitely depends on what you prefer...ST, AoE, PvP/PvE, Solo/Team, etc.
I agree with the comments Tonality made, but I'd like to add in the possibility of Fire/Inv. Fire is a strong set with good AoE (Thank you Fire Sword Circle!), although it can be on the bad side with endurance management at times. -
I've seen a lot of ideas about AIs and other npcs in bases, and there are just so many possibilities of what they can do. I have a few specific comments on your different points...
2. Searching through storage. Personally I would rather see a search bar added to each individual rack, and possibly some kind of color coding system or other way to differentiate between racks.
4. A hologram may work to defend your base, although it needs a very careful balance of power, and possibly the damage can work like Illusion pets and Spectral Wounds
5. We already have a base item to create buffs...although it may work, people may not necessarily want this hologram to do everything. Base items still need to retain usefulness.
8. I like this idea as a way for SG members to share ideas...maybe include an option in each note to choose who can see the ideas; just a leader, or everyone.
Also, don't forget that not all bases are tech. Providing some sort of arcane equivalent is definitely necessary if the AI is added. -
I agree this would definitely be useful, although an option to turn it off for the players who already know about it is useful.
I see so many questions in multiple in-game chat channels asking where to go at what level for tailor, and a LOT of first time villains who can't figure out how to start a patron arc. -

Well I finished up the build and did almost all the slotting...I must say, it's not too bad. I have everything but the 2 LoTGs, and so far today I've solo'd 2 Paladins, a Kraken, and finally finished one very long drawn out battle with Eochai.
Also, I wasn't sure how the chance for Build Up in Phantom Army would work...but I must say, it is quite awesome. Seeing the symbol next to my decoys, sometimes 2 at a time and even twice on the same decoy, made me smile

I almost went with earth mastery, but I decided to go for ice since I was worried about my AoE being a melee power (Fissure) and as you pointed out in your guide, Hurl Boulder has a pretty slow animation. Also, for now I have the 2 heal enhancements in Health, but I may replace them with the Numina and Miracle uniques later on.
I think I'm ready to do this respec later today, but just throwing this build out there for now if there's any other advice. -
Im halfway done with the one I'm working on now, then I have 2 more to work on...wow, I was closer than I thought =P Can't believe when DJ badges came out I was thinking how long it would take to get them all, and now I'm just a couple months away
Well saying a couple months makes it seem far..2 and a half badges sounds much better! -
With my Ill/Rad recently hitting 50, I definitely need a respec. My goal was Perma PA/Hasten/AM (which I'm pretty sure I got) that I can afford (which is a little more questionable). Any advice is much appreciated! Also, any way to make this cheaper or an estimate on how much this would be would be great.
I pretty much just PvE, and will mostly use this guy for TFs. I'd also like to be able to have some fun soloing the Posi TF Im having issues posting the full build from Mids' since it wont export right, but here's the data link.

I've been pretty impressed with the decoy phantasm too. When I was soloing Maria Jenkin's arc, I was having some issues with PA dropping and the EB/AV going after me...but the decoy did a great job holding him back and saved me a few times. As much as I love my blasters and scrappers, illusion controllers and their pets can be life savers.

My friend made this build for me since I decided I want to improve my Fire/Ice Blaster, and I'd like any more advice I can get on it. It's already a bit expensive for me, so I'd rather not make it too much more unless it's really worth it. It's pretty much for all things PvE...solo, teams, TFs.
