    Endurance Drain

Slot as many +END Procs as you can (everyone can slot at least one). Slot for Energy Defense.

If that's not enough. There's always rerolling.
  2. Taunt got put into a new spot as well on Tankers.

  4. No more Galaxy City?

Use it to your advantage RPers!

You have a seer? Someone who can see into the future?

    This is your chance!

Been thinking of a new alt? How about a hero who sits around GC with a sign that says "The End Is Near" when on their not saving the day?

EMBRACE THIS KNOWLEDGE! Then head to to City Hall and try to get them to realize this is going to happen. Only for them to think you're a nut and send you to someone to talk to!

Then be vindicated when it does happen!

Or let your words go on deaf ears and try to stop it and be heartbroken when all your efforts FAIL!

  5. Sounds like something to put in the Suggestion Forum.

    I had problems here:

    1. Carly, did she get a lot of screen time or what? I hated the fact she had a british accent. I thought that was tacky. I didn't like her at all.

    2. The Transformers clearly are superior but if you have the ability to move an entire planet why bother with the humans? I mean why go to Chicago? This just killed any hope in my mind for the movie. If your going to overtake a planet why not pull/setup TP in a less populated location.

    3. I'm glad Michael Bay is done with his run. I hated the Extreme Transformers. They look so awful.

    4. StarScream why is he even in this movie?

    5. Megatron, how many times does he die and comeback? He's died in every movie. Maybe he'll be called Galvatron next time.

    6. How did Shockwave get his abomination from Chernobyl to Chicago?

    I did like these scenes:

    1. The scene with Shia(bumblebee) getting thrown and screwing his head off for about 1 minute made my day. Even when he got back into the car he was still screaming.

    2. The CGI was good.

    3. I gained a greater appreciation for the contributions the US has made to the world in our short time. The internet, space travel, the automobile, the airplane, movies, and telecommunications. We Americans have done a lot in our short time(200+ years).

    1) Didn't see a problem with the accent. Only reason to really have a problem with it, is if you're recalling G1 where she lacked it, but then, in G1 Sam was called Spike. I kept hoping Sam would get the codename Spike at some point.

    2) Well, to spread the devices, which were all over the world, maybe they couldnt get them all into one isolated place? Also likely to show their superioty.

    3) Well, I did hate some of the heads they used for some of them. :/ Like the ones with hair. And the one who died right before Bumble Bee was about to get shot, had the hair and a stupid face. I wish they kept the heads closer to what we know from the cartoons.

    4) He's Starscream! The question should be why wasnt he in it more!

    5) With Leonard Nimoy doing the voice!

    6) Have you seen the cube transform from huge size to hey look it fits in Sam's pocket? Same thing.

I'd have to agree with Memphis Bill. Nothing wrong with buying prestige. It really has no impact on the game what so ever, other than on a list.

It's a fun minigame for those who want, but it's nothing to really worry about. More Prestige just means more for the base.

Something else to add, have you picked up the +END accolades yet?

You farmed to 50 after awhile, so I would think you might have missed them.

Even for 'popcorn flicks' I still like the plot to make some sense and the characters to be consistent - in other words, it would be nice if the people who made the movie cared enough about the source material to make it a decent flick instead of a slideshow of explosions and hot chicks with some dialogue thrown in here and the for the lulz. This movie was probably the best of the trilogy, but that's still pretty faint praise.

I won't ever be purchasing any of these movies to add to my home collection as none of them really bear repeat viewing. Well, except possibly the second one just because of how infamously terrible it is, but even then I wouldn't want to contribute any more money to reward this incompetence.
I thought the plot was simple and easy to follow. Or do you mean you want a more complicated plot?

If it had a more complicated plot, wouldn't people complain it wasn't like the Transformer cartoons they remembered from their childhood?
  10. What might be a good idea is to change the Influence to Prestigue ration so that the more you convert, the better deal you get.

Using the Titan Horns, though the Vile Horns could also work.
Trenchcoat with shredded sleeves, Bikini underlayer, Monstrous hand type with the Stone texture, and a Standard belt with the leather texture.
Shorts (what is "disco"?), and motorcycle boots (Though I'm open for suggestions on these).
Dual wields Organic Swords, currently, and has Bio Plasma emitting from the eyes in combat (Though I'd prefer it be just one eye like in the show).

I did crank out an alternate costume using your suggestions as a basis, with Victorian coat (WITH sleeves) and the Bikini underlayer, and it looks pretty good for when my version doffs her longcoat.
    Chest - Desire.
Boots - a good alternative might be Valkyrie boots.

This is true. I see them in use a lot.

I just know I have some concepts that would be great to have them in use the whole time.

As of now, I'll just make use of the valkyrie boots and witch gloves.

Not that I blame you. The character designs in the Black*Rock Shooter franchise are pretty sweet.
I thought I might be able too.

New Victorian Jacket (sleeveless), chest detail with extended arms, sleeve gloves, shorts with the split, the new ascension boots, and a belt.

Could replace the shorts witht he split, with Disco.

    That's what I'm thinking.

[Edit: Yup. Pretty much nailed that pic. And OMG! I must use it!]

The thing that i like about this game is its not like all the other mmo's i do not have to have the uber armor to kill this or that and unlike most who hate the action houses i love i can make millions of "money " on them and buy what i want and make it if i want.
Would be nice. I figured both sets unlocked by 50s, but only the regular usable by any level would work. But I wasn't part of the testing (Ill wait for Time Manip to help test ) and seems to be their goal.

Im okay with it. I'll just say they were parts of my now lvl 9's outfit the whole time when I hit lvl 50

Which is why I'm not even bothering to unlock either set. Great suggestion but shot down already.

Edit - Posi said it here:
I see. Well then. Nevermind I guess.
  17. 1) Because the devs said it was a mistake to make them unlockable at lvl 50. Really, they're awesome, but not to the point of OMG!

They're EPIC only due to the storyline.

    2) If they stay in AP, then no worries right? Eh. If it wasn't AE it would be some other farm.

    3) Brutes arent all that. And wouldn't it have been that way anyways? People who like redside will still go to redside and be either a villain or rogue.

    4) Can't say much on that one.

    5) People STILL say getting PvP IOs are hard. They're time consuming and/or cost a lot of influence to obtain.

30 days through Alignment Merits, a little fast 15-20 days if you buy a Hero Merit a day. 20 Days if you buy them through Emp Merits.

So that's 2 PvP IOs every two days. Yeah. Still not easy to obtain, but easier than before yes.

As someone who PvPed all the time at one point and never got one, I have to say I don't mind this one.

    Ascension Armor

A suggestion I'd thought I'd bring up for a friend, but not one I can see anything wrong with. I'm both for it and against it at the same time however.

Ascension Armor. It's unlockable at level 50. We both can support this. Must get to 50 and unlock it.

However, once unlocked, let us use it on anyone.

This is the part I'm for and against, I like the idea of having some level specific costume parts, but at the same time, I have some concepts that could use it at level one. Like I have anew concept I'd love to use the boots/gloves on from start to finish on her hero outfit.

Then it dawned on me. Perhaps keep the Ascension Radiance Armor for level 50's only, but the regular Ascension Armor as unlockable and useable for everyone.

Still would have to get to 50, would still have to run the content to unlock it, but after that, could make use of it on other concepts, that perhaps are thought of right away using the pieces, allowing for the aura to be added later.

Then again, I haven't played the tanker lately nor ever gave him a proper maxed out build, so I should probably do that at some point.
I would push towards the Tanker.

I actually wish I went the tanker route on my SS/FA, as yes, the Brute will put out more damage, but the Tanker will still put out LOTS of damage, while being able to survive more.
  21. Does Cloaking Device really lose half it's defense bonus when attacking, unlike all the other Stealth powers in the Primary/Secondary?

I prefere some of the later incarnations of him, where he didn't seem so incompetent, and where he generally kicks butt, and he was a bit more to be feared.

Every now and again in the 80's cartoon I recall them showing a glimpse of it, and then...back to old Starscream.

Starscream Cybertron I recall him being awesome!
  23. MMs!

Now, not only can they shield their team and their pets with ease. Other Buffers are finally shielding the MMs pets!

    It's win win for MMs!
  24. While I'm a bit against it in principle.

If you don't like KB, then don't roll Energy Blast.

However, if they just gave the option of "turn off your knockback" but not turn it into knockdown or knockback. Then at the very least, all you have is a energy blast and nothing more.

But then one would ask, if all you want is energy blast, why not roll Radiation Blast?

Maybe because they consider end game content to be team focused, but how you get to it doesn't really matter?
