SJ could just as easily have it so, if you miss an attack you have to start the chain over.

DB allows you to use a non DB power and continue on with your combo, as long as the animation isn't to long...I think the window is 4 seconds.
  2. Looks like some of the character concepts we'd see in game.

I even genuinely felt bad for him when they first used him as a propaganda tool.

I had a couple minor gripes, but nothing that kept me from enjoying the movie. Definitely going to be picking up the soundtrack. though not a fan of 'Star spangled Man', the rest of the score pretty cool. dont know when im gonna be able to get around to it again, but im gonna definitely try to make time to see this one in theaters again.

If only to try and sate my cravings for next years Avengers movie.
Greatest thing about the Red Skull...they have an actor who didn't feel they had to have the mask on all the time, so the actor could get face time.

    First there was Alfred.

Dick Grayson as the first Robin. Then Dick quit/got fired and went to work with the Titans and eventually became Nightwing, but they have reconciled since then with Dick filling in as Batman on occasion.

Barbarda Gordon as the first Batgirl until she was shot and paralyzed by the Joker, but still remained close in her role as Oracle.

Jason Todd was the second Robin until the Joker killed him, but was resurrected by a retcon punch and is currently the new Red Hood. (I don't consider him a part of the Bat-Family unless they have recently come to terms, but I don't see how that could be since Jason has killed truckloads of people since he came back).

Tim Drake became the third Robin but has since become Red Robin. (I'll admit, it's been several years since I've collected comics monthly so I'm a bit behind)

Cassandra Cain became the second (?) Batgirl. I know that Huntress was wearing a "Bat" costume when No Man's Land began, but was quickly stripped of that by Batman. Cassandra has since become a villain for some reason and I guess she may be part of the family again in the DCnU.

Selina Kyle as Catwoman was a villain for years, but turned hero/vigilante and eventually became romantically involved with Batman, and thus became part of the family.

Stephanie Brown was connected to the family by her relationship, both romantic and as The Spoiler, but really became a part of the family in a brief stint as the fourth Robin when Tim Drake quit. Stephanie apparently died, but has since come back and is/was a new Batgirl.

Damian Wayne is Bruce's son with Talia al Ghul, and is the current Robin.

Those are the ones that I consider to be close enough to be part of the "Bat-Family". As I said before, I haven't been collecting monthly in years, so I don't know how close Kathy Kane/Batwoman is to Batman and his Family.
Isn't Cass now known as BlackBat, working in Hong Kong, and she was adopted by Bruce Wayne. Wouldn't being adopted by Bruce make her part of the family?

How does KM look if it had Build Up instead?
Why would it matter? It doesn't come with Build Up. It comes with Power Siphon.

Does about 122 DPS on a Stalker sans Build Up, using the best DPS string. CS instantly recharges BU on a crit...so that will effect the DPS as you could be using BU more often.

I long for the day when Scrappers get Super Strength. SS/WP for the win!

For groups go with Kinetic or Fire.
Where you using the best ST DPS attack chain you could? Where you using Reactive Interface?

    Doubt it.

In his own movie it was brought up they werent gods, but were worshipped as such (and may have even liked it).

These messages convey your intent to have someone new join the team. But if everyone wants to stay, guess what ... you need to deal with the team as is or quit your team and form a new one with your SG buddy.

The rude ways to make room on your PuG:

*kicking the non-SG PuGger without warning
*asking/targeting a non-SG PuGger to leave to make room
Did someone kick you from a PuG recently?

Or is this something you're telling us to tell us?

If it helps any, when I have a full team of PuG and a SG member wants in, I just tell them to wait.

It sounds like it would be pretty strong to me.

Concept reasons make me want Positional vs Typed.

Time Manipulation is a free to play powerset and it looks gorgeous. To me it seems more like the devs saying that they're doing their best to make sure for-pay powersets look awesome rather than free powersets being the suck.
Now only if we could get some details on Time Manipulation
  11. Saw it and loved it. Not worth the 3D imo. But then at my theater it wasn't much of a choice.
  12. All these screen shots and no info yet about Time Manip!

There was an official post talking about the results, but they didn't really say what was beyond the third position.
Dual Blades came in first, with Psi Melee in a close second, with Street Fighting in a distant third.

But the list of options wasn't appealing to many, and it was guessed that Dual Blades came in first, as many probably put it in as their 2nd choice.

I know I chose it as my second choice becuase Psi Melee was my first, and I always thought Street Fighting could be done just by giving Martial Arts some alternate animations.

At least it looks like Street Justice will have new mechanics to play with, so it might not be to bad that they just didnt give MA new animations.

I want a set like Shield, that replaces Shield Charge with a Self Heal while ditching the shield I could make a couple more changes while still keeping it close to the Shield Set too for what I'd like.

I kept suggesting a Bubble Shield effect for Shields, like Force Field Bubbles. That would of also allowed two handed sets to use Shields.

    This is true.

  16. Defense can be built for! Building more for more damage is harder.

Reactive gives more damage that's useful for single hard targets and taking on mass spawns.

With all the sets coming out, so many I want to use with my namesake! *Sigh*

It's not like they're making Camel Manipulation or Envelope Melee or something obscure.
Streetfighting was a very distant third in the poll.

  20. ...and Resurgence!

With the new Immortal Recovery inspiration...OMG...these two powers are put to shame by an inspiration.
  21. Anyone at the SDCC get some info on this set?

So...this is some kind of marketing partnership deal with FB?
While I have no interrest in getting a facebook page, I don't see any reason to complain about it when people were saying "Marketing get the CoH name out there"

Facebook is a way to get the CoH name out there.

If they didn't use the same computer then... I don't know what to tell ya.
Well yeah tried on the same computer at first. However, I got the same code both times and when I went to use it, it said was already in use.

But went to another computer and got the code. So no need to get anymore. Only have the one account.
