  1. one more request, Hurricane's looping sound would be a boon. It has a little sharp sound that plays over and over mixed in with the wind sound, either that by itself or the entire loop.
  2. Anyone have a list of the city zone ambient background noise loops and their folders please?

Looks like Grandville is in this thread, and I already have Brickstown in Brickstown/BrickAmb1_loop.ogg

Much thanks if anyone has the names for the other zones.
  3. I suggest Master and Commander Far Side of the World.

Next best thing to being able to somehow squeeze some of the Hornblower series into a single movie. 113 minutes, engrossing, a nice bite of historical flavor.

Edit: oops, looks like 138 minutes, a shame, its a really really good pick.
  4. Maybe animation department time can now go back to putting power pool customisation back on the someday soon track instead of in limbo. So so want to be able to have magical origin animations for the medicine pool instead of just a tricorder, etc.
  5. The only bad part of the wedding pack is the large distorted feet the shoes create. But otherwise, good value of costume parts and other goodies.
  6. Emotes are good, and we get some good ones indeed, (bravo to whomever crafts them), but I'd love to have seen a sprinkle of base items to go with the emotes to make the value of this pack a little more balanced.

Like, a pool table to go in the base would have gone with the pack theme for starters. They already exist in the game.

Throw in a pinball machine for the base. They already exist in game.

Just saying, some quick base item conversions from existing game props seems like it would have gone well with the pack's theme, balanced the pack out a bit so it isnt just emotes, and not have been too terribly time intensive to port over maybe?
  7. Option 2 sounds best.

I've already had costumes "just right", then after an update logged that character in to find one of the costume pieces no longer matching the feel of the rest of the costume because it stands out like a sore thumb with its super reflectiveness, when I was going for an overall leather look for example.

Having the option to continue using the old costume version would have been very helpful in quite a few cases already.

Edit: I now read the rest of the thread and see that metalic finishes would be considered seperate. As for just older blurry textures that do not match the new higher quality ones, sure, option 1 seems fine.

It is when changing geometry, like when we lost the good ol' thigh high boots for the new ones, where I think it hurts to lose the old versions, but blurry textures I can't think of a reason to keep.

Also, I do use the non animated version of a few tails on a few characters. On one large cat character, the new tail looks very tiny compared to the original with his large frame, and looks more like a little noodle, the old tail is larger and looks more like a tail in spite of it's bent straw look. He is also more reserved and not likely to have his tail lash about. But it is the exception, most have the new tail versions.
  8. I'm wanting to silence the "shling!" noise that Secondary Mutation makes when it does it's ocassional blue aura effect if someone has discovered it please. I keep thinking I hear a phone ringing or something, heh.
  9. My tired eyes saw the title as "show love for windows".

This leads to the thought of "Microsoft Widows".

Maybe there needs to be a villain group, "Widows 98" or something. Naw, probably not worth it just for the pun.

While it is not the case of a lost costume piece, but an alteration to the upper leg area of females with certain costume pieces that I would prefer to get back to their original state.

Female Bottom with Skin: Upper leg reduction
Many issues ago, I believe when the skirt costume were altered/rearranged, the female > bottom with skin > upper legs area were altered (for most pieces, not all), I assume to avoid some clipping issues with skirts. This is fine if you are actually wearing a skirt, however, this 'feature' appeared in the 'bottom with skin' section since then as well.

To show what I mean here is a picture (the green overlay area I added in to show the reduction with certain pieces), it is very easy to see if you switch back and forth between Bikini1 and 2 looking at the character from the side:

I still hope to this day that this hideous (IMO) upper leg reduction you see with Bikini2 and many other bottom with skin pieces gets fixed.
Yes, I grumble about the slab of meat chopped from the front leg often with a couple friends of mine who feel the same. Pretty much whenever making another female character concept.
  11. As the end of taskforce picture was incomplete since GP Dan got sucked into a cross dimensional vortex or something for a bit, I'll post a couple shots from earlier that shows the whole team still.

Babbage is out for the count:

Andthe normal group huddle as we mass buff with AM, best pic for the night I had that showed all our names, exept for Main-Sequence's as I had my own turned off by default.

All those hotfeet going, the floor was probably a puddle of molten goo there.

  13. I miss being able to interrupt the animation on some of the Blaster snipe powers so that you could face the other direction and the blast would shoot out your butt. Lots of laughs.
  14. I'm just glad that we can now adjust our height at the tailor.

Much better than having to delete and remake if one made an error like we used to.

    Cute Newbies

Heck, I remember npc characters being able to "hear" you a tiny bit back in Ultima Online. "Vendor, I'd like to buy some product" and it would look for key words. Be neat if such functionality could be used here, maybe he did indeed think so and was following instructions.
  16. Yay! Was on the fence on the mutant pack, but now it is worth it just for this to me. Huge thanks!
  17. I heard they keep having to order crates of new butts, 'cause they are working theirs off so much.
  18. I'd pay, oh yes.

The 5 slots we have can get eaten up so fast. Heck, any of my charactes with a hat or helmet use up a second slot just to have the same costume with and without a helmet so they can take it off.

My wallet is waiting to give up moola for this.

    Hey remember

okay, I mixed the segments up accidentally from mis-memory, but I thought it was pop culture enough that I could be lazy and not make a link, heh. He cleaves the next guy, not the one he gives the Dewey Decimal line, oops.

Just a dumb joke attempt about Cleavage. Wrong kind of clevage.

    Hey remember

Haven't you heard of the Dewey Decimal system??

    CLEAVE!!

Do to a (hopefully) temporary mutation, you have devolved into a Rikti monkey! None of your powers work for the time being.
    Now that is way cool.

Ooh, I hope that if you die as a monkey you get to do the monkey gas *poof* !

    Very very good suggestion.

  23. Neat sword, I like.

Too bad about that seam between the boot and the leg though. Makes it look like just a costume and not a mutation.
