fear/terror is a hole in most builds, perfect example is one of the Riders in LGTF. The Fear attack is a problem for most tanks and brutes.

It must be vet related, my other account doesn't have access to the colors. Also on my 84 month vet account, I logged in a lvl 17 and he could color his title.

I found that today on my Archer/TA corruptor. I noticed it when I dinged 50, I am not sure if it was there before or not. I have not check on any other charcaters.
FYI I chose none on the helper pop-up and I am an 84 month vet. I'll check my other account later after I eat. -
Easy create your own channel of General Chatting, such as current events, your day, etc. Make it a total off topic place. As for moderation of a channel of this sort, becareful of 2 topics... Polotics and Religion, some people cannot discuss these without getting offended or angry.

Better, but it still bad. Being that you mentioned it is a holiday weekend, some people maybe out of town. For those that can login that weekend but not that time period, the fate of the badge lands on the rest of the community.
Offering a second chance a few months later, that is good. But is it gonna fall under the same criteria? you get a a window of 3 hours where the fate of you getting the badge is in your own hands. -

First let's look at the names...
Hybrid - a cross between 2 or more things. Defesnsive ste/offensive Set , a Buff/Debuff power or it could be like Fire/Cold, Cold/Energy, etc
Vitae - usually refers to life. Whether it be regen, recovery, rez, maybe even some Resist, defense, or status. Or could be more of a drain life, damage foe and heal self, -recovery/recovery, etc
Mind - Confuse, Hold, Sleep, Fear or maybe mental defense/resist, status Protection or Psi resist or damage
Genesis - Creation / Life I see this could be similar to he definition of Vitae. or could be a pet, or buff/heal
Omega - The end... Dragon Slave, Giga Slave, Ragna Blade Special thanks to "Slayers" -
