Any which way, I am a lazy player, and I have been around for a litte while. I have a ton of characters, usually controllers and defenders, though you might catch me on my spiders or masterminds. Also, I may be a bit mad, since I tend to play 5 to 6 characters at a time. I have five complete teams now, and some more in the works. If you ever need filler, and no one else is around, I can take those 5 open spots o.o

BBT is my nickname in game, most of the time, and I love my kittens. If I was not at work on my phone, I would be at home taking pictures of them with my phone, so I could post them to your thread. Look me up if you ever want to team, or want cute pictures of fuzzy cattens ^_^

Olivia was just very happy with herself for catching it. The phone's lanyard is the girls favorite thing in the world right now, because they know I don't want them playing with it. I am going to find my phone dragged in to their water bowl one of these days, I know it >_<

I'm back!

Not that any one really missed me >_> I was out for a little over two weeks after the Halloween event, because my graphics cards took a dump on my system : p

Now, with a fresh new card in my machine, it's time for some kitties!

Buh, it seems my bi-weekly have dinner with the family is Saturday, so I will be missing the Rikti fun. I am sad, and will drown my curry in tears.

Yar, more fun was had tonight! Even though the GM was pulled from the bowl on the second run, it couldn't keep us down ^_^

This is why I try to make it to the raids every Saturday.



So many capped attributes, so much chaos, and too many giant robots! Granted, spider leadership helps me cheat a little, but all those bubbles don't hurt ; ) And it's only going to get better when 19 hits, and I can grab my spider pets again.

Crikey! With all of you working on spiffy new coputer builds, am I going to have to be on the lookout for new one person super teams flying about? Or should I just make room in my lonely looney bin for company ^_^

We could start a super group for multi-account players. It would be the biggest SG for lonely people that play with themselves ever! Wait, that came out wrong...

I already have my personal SG for my super teams, with all the teleporters and raid capability. It is my hope that one day, I can have a three person CoP raid ^_^

Heh, if only I could be as cool as the signatures. But sadly, I cannot summon giant monster hoards, or award gold titles : ( Best I can manage for summoning is hoards of pets >_>

But I am always glad to entertain ^_^ Safety in numbers always seems appropriate for thse teams, and I am a big fan of powers like bonfire. Mostly situational in normal circumstances, but with aoe immobilize, it becomes a super mean attack for AVs. My plan is actually to grab sharkie powers, for the waterspouts. That power is just disgusting when the mobs cannot get away, or be knocked back.

On computer bits, I am jealous of all your plans for now computrons. Newegg is like a game for me, filling shopping carts with bits, and building mock machines. Just some suggestions, thoug. Don't be afraid to save a little money by taking the model just one step down from the top. Like with graphics cards and CPUs, the 2.8GHz model is usually the exact same architecture as the 300-400 dollar more expensive 3.2GHz extreme edition. With a little knowhow, most base models can be overclocked to the same, or greater speeds.

And on GPUs, the difference in capabilities between something in the same series, like a 460 compred to a 440 (fake model numbers, just as a rule) are minimal, outside of cost. The 400 series will largely be the same, especially when running in SLI or crossfire, for whicever brand you choose. While more games, and systems are capable of utilizing multiple GPUs, a lot of games out there still don't even recognize, or use the extra processing poer you are providing.

And though the tech forums probably gave some of the same advie, remember not to skimp on the power supply. The more components you put in to a machine, the more reliable you want your supply to be. Stable with high continuous output.

Ooooh! And on solid state drives, expensive for what they are right now. Really, it would be best if you could run a pair in RAID 0, then you see a real improvement in system speed if it is you OS drive. Still, I have noticed with my SSD, it can get VERY sluggish when running read/write operations. Like updating the coh client, I can hardly run any other sytem applications from the drive while it is working.

Sure, platter hard drives can be a little noisy, and they aren't the latest thing, but you definately get more value for your money with them. Running two 7200 drives in RAID can be pretty speedy too.

Just thought I would share, since being a whole team can be kind of lonely work. It's up to seven now, and my sanity is slowly falling apart o.0 Though, it is fun during the Halloween event.

Bah, stupid Comcast! I was in RWZ, waiting for the raid from 6 till just about 7 with my spiders, when my connection died completely. It was not until 8, after calling Comcast, that they finally decided to send a tech to my place Sunday. All I have for a connection now is my phone : p

I am glad the runs went well, even though I am upset I missed them for the first time since they started up again. And the first time I showed up early, with HVAS ready and raring to go, too. Go figure o.o

Drat, I was planning on coming, but I was invited to a movie just now. Ah well, I hope every one has fun tomorrow!

I kid, I kid! But I really do have those characters o.o

Now, as a melee set, more then a pet based one, it could be thematically interesting. It could be more like an aura effect of leaving after images of yourself, like The Bionic Man. We have Flurry, so the attacks could be similar, only actually multiplying. Yourself to attack from different vectors, or just to mob one opponent with attacks.

As a defensive set, you could have a dull pain style hp increase, where you are constantly creating clones that take the hits for you, meaning you take a fracton of the original damage. Bah, there are different ways of explaining it to be either defense, resistance, hasten effects, damage increases, and the like. In the end, it would just be one of the many power sets we already have, only mixed together a little differently, with a different theme. Kind of like willpower.

Not to say it would nor be interesting. I would prefer to see a clown based mastermind set though.

I am at work Friday, as usual, but if I am ever needed at other times, and you are having trouble filling the teams, I have two teams available to help now. Team Jupiter, which is four ice/rad controllers, and one fire/rad, which would be pure fire and ice damage plus the perma AM and debuffs.

Also, my spiders are full hero now, and they bring all their crabby leadership, venom and arctic breath debuffs, and DPS to the game. Muh, this is only if teams aren't full, of course, as I wouldn't want to take up too many spots where other people could be playing. I hope the Friday run goes well, much is learned, and the Envenomed Daggers idea helps out ^_^

Muuuuu! I have not piped in here for a long time >_> I don't know how useful a suggestion like this will be, but with the AV's insane regeneration, I thought it wouldn't hurt. There is a handy dandy new crafted power called Envenomed Dagger that might be useful.

You get 30 charges with them, and they have a quick recharge. The best part being the -250% regeneration on them that last 10 seconds. Now, that might not be much for a single attacker, but if you have 24 people chucking these things at a single target, it dwarfs most other -regen powers you could hope for.

Muh, any which way, just my random idea. It's the power I am picking up for my teams without built in -regen for when I hunt AVs, so I thought I would share my stupid idea. If anything, they are cheap as hell on the market, like all the other new temp powers. Couldn't hurt to try?

I plan on getting my blank controller, who logged in to Rouge Isle from Praetoria some how, to level 50 o.o I have brawl, Sands of Mu, Blackwand, and Nemesis Staff. Let's do this!
