I thought a chain of command is what my dad hit me with when I forgot to mow the lawn.

Personally, I want Peter Themari to be a Patron. I don't think it'll ever, ever happen, but man, that guy's awesome. In his information window, where most contacts have their job listed, Peter Themari's just says "Reprobate". Yes, Peter Thamari's job is being irredeemably corrupt.

Plus, he's not Arachnos-affiliated, so players could have a Patron Pool without being wedged into the whole "Destined One" song-and-dance routine.

Some important additions:

• Manofmanychars has the best avatar ever. This looks like an opinion, but it is a fact.
• Bitt_Player is clearly superior. We know this because every time there's some manner of mock election on the boards, his campaign slogan is Bitt_Player: Clearly Superior.
• Bitt_Player talks about himself in the third person sometimes.
• ShoNuff has a train. It is called the Pain Train, and its tracks go wherever he needs them to. It looks like a steam locomotive, but the Pain Train was hand-crafted by Mr. T, and is powered by the tears of pitied fools.
• Here there be drunks. Especially on Pinnacle Server.
• Contrary to popular rumor, the cake is not a lie. It is, however, delicious and moist.

Boy, I get held up by cops and the whole place goes to pieces. Geez, yeah, I drive a black conversion van around, but you'd think the big "Does Not Contain Candy" warning on each side would let people know that I'm not trying to hijack their kids! Maybe it's time to start commuting in the land yacht.

Anyway, the schedule says your assignments are due, but I don't remember what I said to do, so everyone just improvise something gradable.

If I had an _EU doppelganger, he'd be a Frenchman, and I'd offer to settle the matter over tea and crumpets, realise that that's not the correct national stereotype, and whack him over the head with a length of pipe while no one was looking.

All right, you guys, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna run through the Uniocracy of Gray. Oh yes. I've got a Level 47 Brute who kicked Ghost Widow's spectral face in solo, and she needs something just as ridiculous to challenge her. Plus, she's a horrible person, so it's okay for her to suffer for our entertainment.

I'll head into the first mission later tonight. I don't know how long it'll take me to get the finished Zero Stars Visual together.

Oh, I forgot to mention this about the VENGANCE arc. I did manage to finish it the first time through, but I didn't get screenshots and was unable to reproduce my good fortune of getting King Devaro to hit Alucard with his effing mace once in a while. Rest assured, Prince Alucard has Resurgence.

If someone is using Wingdings, they want the reader to see Wingdings. Therefore, Firefox does not know better.

In the interest of fairness, I'll admit that most of my reactions to problems are Firefox not knowing better:

A: "I installed a media plug-in yesterday, but it's not there now"
Me: "Firefox doesn't know any better"

B: "My cookies aren't being saved properly"
Me: "Firefox doesn't know any better"

C: "My monitor's gaussed to crap and back"
Me: "Firefox, man. It doesn't know any better"

So I may not be entirely unbiased.

I ran the arc late, late last night, gathering many glorious screenshots and silly ideas along the way. I may run it again when I get home from work tonight, I failed to get shots of some things.

I'm thinking of doing it up like a screenshot-based "Let's Play", but we can only embed four images per post, so it's either massive multi-posting or some Photoshop work. I'm leaning towards Photoshop.

Or maybe when you go to the Tailor and choose a Weapon and Shield, you specify "Use Shield or Weapon animation for attacks" ?

I'll double-check, but I think those tanks -or rather, their turrets- con as Vanguard entities.

Edit: The turrets on tank-like bodies con as members of the "Turrets" faction, and the actual tanks can't be targetted. They both have Vanguard emblems on them, however.

Kinda skipping ahead of the thread here, so I don't know if this has been addressed, but why aren't there any United States military personnel in the Rikti War Zone? C'mon, we dragged ourselves out of the Great Depression so we could go into the second World War, but when we've got invaders on our own soil, we leave it to Vanguard? Remember, Vanguard is part of the United Nations Security Force, which the American military, as I understand it, does not trust to tie its collective shoes in the morning.

While it's true that superior Rikti technology owned the sauce out of almost everything the military threw at them, it's also true that Vanguard has hardware that seems to do okay against them, so you'd think that the Pentagon would've gotten their hands on some newer weaponry, too.

We've got Rikti, Vanguard, Longbow, Crey, the Circle of Thorns, Arachnos, the Council, the Devouring Earth, Malta, the Knives of Artemis, the Nemesis Army, heroes, and villains. There's a war going on in America, and America's military is about the only group that isn't involved.
