This inspired me to do a respec on my FF/Dark and start into the world of IO's. I don't have anywhere near the cash to do a real build, but was surprised that there actually was some useful stuff to get for super cheap.

First off, I take this power on almost all of my characters. I like the hold and knockback protection. Second, I have never really got into IO Set slotting (I play very casually - but am starting to play more again).

I recently looked at a build for Rad/Rad Defender that was recommended in a guide and the build did not include Acrobatics.

That got me thinking, do most of you take this power? Or do you rely on status resistance from set bonuses?

Am I correct that status protection keeps the status effect from happening, while resistance reduces the time of the effect? If you do not have hold protection on a Rad/Rad, wont a hold being applied to you drop all of your toggles?

I have a FF/Dark bubbler and I run all these toggles. I also run Mind Over Body (the shield from the EPP).

I also have NO IO's slotted. I do have some Hami's slotted.

The great thing about being a bubbler is you can manage that endurance. The buffs only need to be refreshed every 4 minutes(I may be wrong on number). And you can attack when you want to or can.

I guess solo it would be pretty brutal, but Im guessing you didnt choose to run a FF and solo.

I have the wrong person here but.....I think I remember you being a decent healer in PvP 8v8 in a sg we were in.

I would like more multi-tiered buildings. I love it when jumping through the city I can find places to land. I also love being able to have a spot to just look around when way up high.

A decent amount of buildings do have these, but it should be much more prevalent. It seems some zones/areas of zones just have the same buildings that just go straight up.

Wii is only acceptable if you are drunk and with more than one other person.

I am playing an Emp/Energy and LOVE the knockback. As an Emp, I'm not trying to kill stuff as my primary goal. So far, i only have the single target attacks, so I CHOOSE when the knockback occurs. Its a great way to get those stragglers off of you that attack as you are doing your main job.

As long as you stay away from AOE knockback you should be fine.

Sunday should work for me too as long as its in the evening.

A live draft only takes about an hour. Even if the draft was held on a weekday evening, it could be done in plenty of time for people to be in bed.

If CO actually drives Tazz away permanently, it will get my vote for Game of The Year.

As far as the story goes....yeah. Been there done that. You know, as you get older the drama seems to go away (at least for me). But so does the fun. They seem to balance each other out.

We can do a live draft for the people that can make it too. The people who cant make it just get drafted according to their autopicks. Yahoo usually does a reasonable job of keeping their autopicks up to date if someone just does the default. You can also edit them manually ahead of time if you wish. So I say we do a live draft if we can get at least half of the league to agree on a time.

Any night but Wednesday should work for me. Except for weekends. Weekends depend on time. Usually not available in the evening.

I think your graphics card has a lot to do with how well it works. Support for drivers is focused on the newer cards.

I run CoH on a junky laptop with Intel graphics. With the settings on the low end it works fine in Windows.

I tried it with WINE and Cedega and neither offered support for Intel drivers. I did get it to work briefly, but it was miserable. Had to switch back to Windows because CoH is the only game I care about.

Wish I had the cash to ditch the laptop and get a new desktop. Unemployment FTL.

I have been in every closed beta up until now. I usually do some good testing.
I didn't do anything for i15 beta. I don't think I even logged on. The issue didn't intrigue me at all, so I didn't. Wish I had, now.

I'm interested in joining if there are spots open. I dont want to be a commish, but could help out if necessary. Ive been commish in several leagues.

Roll a tank. Learn HOW to tank. Use the search function.

People put good tanks on their friends lists and will look you up every chance they get.

Outside of AE, I have found its easy to find people for a TF. A little bit of work and your good to go. Whats missing is the random PUG's just doing missions. AE has taken that over for the most part.

What I miss is the PI AV arcs. People used to be doing those all the time, and dont anymore.
