Go to coh.com and scroll to the bottom of the screen. There you will see that the Nvidia logo is gone and has been replaced with a ATI logo.

It's been this way for quite a while, oddly enough. As for i-17 fixing all of the known ATI issues, we'll see come open beta. All we really have to work on is what was said at herocon.

I am happy with my recent ati 5870 purchase, but I didn't do any benchmarking of it in my last rig which is running the G92-8800gts. Tom's hardware shows a rather heavy performance boost.

I don't see a big deal about lowering the level requirement.

So there will be even more people to say "meh" about the EATs.

I can't stand bunny hopping, so I go with swift instead of hurdle. I usually leave sprint on in combat as long as I have end to burn. If I don't, sprint is bound to G for easy on/off access.

I have no target speed. Just fast.

So last night, I was running around at level 12 soloing my new DP/Traps Cor. I got bored due to my slow (for me) advancement and was thinking about hopping over to L4D2 instead, when I posted to PinnBadges with a inquiry as to whether there were any villains that wanted another DP on their team.

Then I went AFK. I came back to find an invite on my screen and without even checking to see who it was, I accepted.

Saw that my new teammate was in Grandville on OMW I went. Then checked global and saw that my benefactor was Lemur Lad. Told him yay and how happy I was that I didn't need to be polite.

We ran, I think, 5 missions, maybe 6. LL on his mace/shield brute at 46, me on my unslotted dp/traps at 45.

Here's the point to the post:

I advanced 9.5 levels. I wasn't door sitting. It was fun. I was honestly shocked at how the new diff settings were affecting the lowbie's leveling speed in a wide-level-spread duo like this.

It would appear that "I have seen the light" as it were.

So in the future, when I've decided to cruise around on my mains soloing at +2/x8, expect to hear from me in PinnBadges offering to team with anyone that feels like some fast XP.

Door sitting will, of course, not be tolerated. I know you want your debt badges anyway.

TS, there's a PvP dam-res debuff proc that you can put in Eviscerate. Not remembering the name at the moment.

Emberly, I'm on Win7 64bit, with an ATI 5870 and running the latest 10.2 drivers. I have zero issues alt-tabbing, windows keying, anything.

I don't run CHV through steam. EDIT: Completing thoughts is a good thing. have you already hit the steam forums for alt-tabbing questions? I ask because on both nvidia and ati cards, I've run into weirdness of different types alt-tabbing while playing on steam.

Also didn't know D-XP was starting today. I'll be running my DP/Traps through papers/regular content and might even ask if folks want to join me.

Probably be more fun that AE farming.

Claws is fine.
Skipping Slash is not wise. It's not a good idea. It will harm your DPS considerably. Especially in the end game when you slap a chance for dam-res debuff in it.

Strike is better for an attack chain than Swipe BUT not by so much that you're really hurting yourself if you choose Swipe over Strike. On my next build, I'll be going back to Swipe.

I've hit the 200 DPS mark with my claws/sr scrapper. That's with a secondary without a damage buff. I'll never reach the insane DPS of a dark/shield with saturated Soul Drain and AAO, but I can solo AVs, Pylons and survive ridiculous amounts of carnage.
