I dont want to sound negative, but I have tried my SR brute for PvP and it was a big disappointment and I stripped the toon and placed the IO's on a stalker. I suggest you find another secondary for a brute for PvP. I would even pick EA over SR just because you get an HP buff when in overload and you can run into a mob and heal off of NPC's in zones. I rather PvP with a resist secondary.

When I solo I use my Bane build and when I am on a team I use my huntsman build. I feel my huntsman build is like a AR/Dev blaster with weaker damage and works better on a team.

So bringing up the thread again based on a couple opinions of having to go all Human for PvP. I will caveat this by saying I know Im not a great player and never claimed to be, but I do ok in zone PvP on my Nova build (thx to Solient).
Was on my Villain toon in SC yesterday and there was a Defender that kept standing in the street in the same spot over and over. After the 8th AS/kill, he engaged me in some mild chat PvP and I informed him that Defenders or any toon just shouldn't be standing around in zone when stalkers are the primary opposing force. I then tried to give him some tips and just mentioned that even on my PB with good range I try to move around for fear of flying/jetpack Stalkers. He then said, "trust me, my PB will dominate your PB in a duel" blah blah blah and all b/c he was annoyed at being killed so much due to standing still in zone.
I loaded up the PB and politely asked him to arena b/c I wanted to see how I would hold up to another PB with a lot of set bonus'. Nova VS all Human match and both having what looked like 97 pages of IO sets:
1st match (I made), 10mins/outdoor map/inspirations - 3 to 0 win for Nova
2nd match (he made), 20mins/cage map/no inspirations - 8 to 1 win for Nova
After the 1st match, he sent me a tell saying I won b/c I buffed b4 going into the match, then popped reds the whole time and ran for the last part of the fight (I don't duel much, but wished I had known about buffing up pre-arena match). In actuality, same tactics as zone PvP...fly in human form invis/stealthed, see target, Photon Seekers, BU and attk...wash and rinse unless needing to change to Dwarf or Human for a heal. His IS grounded me for the last 3mins so I spent time changing forms, trying to get back in the air etc b/c his BU/IS combo was a monster.
Back in zone, I told him GF, but he was a sore loser and dared me for a rematch that he would make. 1st 10mins I spent outside of the cage fighting him, 2nd 10mins I spent in the cage fighting since it was already 4 to 1 at that point. Tactics...outdmg with Nova blasts, and switch to Dwarf to outresist when needed. When he hit BU...I hit Quantum Flight which is up about every 30 secs...I would phase and wait til BU expired then resume.
Bottom line is, outside of all his smack talk (he told me at the beginning of the 2nd match that he was going to record beating me)...he had a good Human build and his IS hit like a truck. My 2x ST Nova blasts hit for slightly less, but seemed 2-3x as fast and they currently hit from 172ft away. So I understand its a preference, but wanted to give my opinion after this match by saying I definitely don't think Human form is the only viable build for PvP.
I returned to zone and the guy was nowhere to be found. If you bump into 'Shining Angel', tell him I said he did a decent job, just less trash talk next time and have more fun with it.
**I also hope nobody assume that I ment an all human form is the only way to go for PvP. The all human form is how I enjoy and feel comfortable pvping with my PB. I am currenly redoing my WS for a Nova/Dwarf Build for PvP since I do not enjoy PvPing in human form on that Kheldian. -
I think they should either make Photon Seekers recharge faster or change the the 3 pets to one pet and have it look like lightform, have the same AI like a Singularity, and have human form range powers.

On my home server I have hosted a few Epic ITF's. The team was made up of 2 Peacebringers, 2 Warshades, 2 Arachnos Soldiers and 2 Arachnos Widows and that team combos was amazing and we completed the TF with only 11 deaths and in an hour and ten min.
I dont mind them opening the AT when someone hit lvl 20. It just means once GR opens I will be able to make more Epic AT teams for TF's. -

I have been PvPing with a PB and I choose to go an all human build. It is very survivable. Since most of the PvPers on Freedom are Blasters and Scrappers I get a crap load of resist bonuses due to the inherent power.
FYI: Gleaming Bolt is a weak, but quick attack and it does an average of 70 damage to a squishy. I slotted my blast with 2 Acc/Dam HO's, Apoc Proc, Glad Jav Proc, Lady Gray Proc, and the shield breaker Proc. When they all hit at the same time I do an average of 300+ damage. -
Where can you find this information out about the amount of players on per server?

It would be cool the dev's could make it so that if the leader of an SG/VG is the last person left in the group then it should be able to move servers with the leader and be able to change the SG/VG names if it is taken on the new server.

I know many people dont PvP much with Kheldians but I am one of the few in the Kheldian community that does. I find that after my years of playing a WS and PB I find that the WS is better for PvE because of the AoEs, Heals, pets, etc... My PB is better for PvP because the 2 heals (Human form only build), single target damage, and tier 9 power. On both of them I have 2 builds for what I like to use them for. My PB has a PvP single target build and a PvE Nova/Dwarf build. My WS has a human PvE farming human form and a Triform team build. -
Since a lot of Super Groups and Villain Groups switch servers and have to start all over again I think they should do another SG/VG prestige bump for every member in a group.

Thank you so much for the help. I am new to the base building and I am trying to figure out all the tricks for building.
I recently went into a coalition base and seen the most amazing base I had ever seen. This wasnt a base...it was another world. This base had a bar, school, hotel, hospital, supermarket, houses and it even had a strip club. I have been playing this game for over 6 years and I have done the PvE, PvP, AE, Badge hunting, etc.... and this is some else that I have never done and want to learn. I know I will have more questions later in the future and thanx in advance. -
Once I delete the Cubicle will the wall mounted objects still be floating?

I have learned how to stack cabinets to create walls to build rooms; however how do I stack wall cabinets to create thinner walls in the base? I have search the thread and looked for some info, but some of the threads are old and links do not work any more.

Why dont they just remove the ability for inherent power to work with epic powers.. Scrappers won't be able to crit with fire blasts, stalkers cant crit with sharks, tanks cant taunt with fossilize, etc...
Just a random thought...
