I like the Star Wars style briefing but you need to slow the text down a bit. Even if I ignore the image and just try to read the text, it still fades before I have a chance to finish it. Very nice though.

I've been reading through the various Warshade builds and have found myself agreeing with bits of some and bits of others but never a whole one. I have a few ideas for my build but was hoping for some input regarding certain powers and the slotting of them. I'm only at level 22 at the moment so my knowledge of any powers past this point is minimal.
I want to create a tri-form Warshade and have decided that I'm not taking anything outside the primary and secondary sets apart from Hasten as I've heard it's the only one that works across all three forms any way.
I'm thinking that the Dwarf will be the panic button form so I'm not overly concerned about slotting that too much except possibly for Black Dwarf Drain.
Slotting-wise, the main powers I wanted help with are Stygian Circle, Essence Drain and Eclipse. Is it necessary to have all three and if so, what's the best way to slot them?
I've also noticed that not many people seem to choose the human form shields. I thought the Twilight Sheild was useful against Voids/Quants but there must be a way around their attacks other than the usual 'PWN THE QNT 4 ME!' bind as no-one seems to pick it.
Also, is it worth slotting Dark Nova and Dark Dwarf with End Mods and if so, how many in each? (I hate trying to slot Kheldians!).
Any other information would be useful. Powers to avoid completely, IO sets that are useful. Normally I would try this sort of stuff out on the Training Server except I had to delete it off my computer to make some room on my hard drive!
Thanks in advance! -
I'm so sorry I didn't turn up for this. I thought I was going to be free at the time and then something came up and I couldn't get to a computer to let anyone know. Very sorry!

Me me me! I'll bring my Warshade, Little Purple Git if there's a space.

Well I hate standing in Atlas Park and broadcasting messages to try to recruit people to my SG so I thought I'd do it on here instead!
Baiscally, we are a Super Group with nice people and a nice base, we're just not terribly active at the moment apart from two very regular players which is why we're recruiting. We have a decent arcane base and coalitions with TP to almost every zone, a medical bay and the full array of workshop crafting tables.
We also have loads of prestige considering our size, ready to upgrade the base. Just don't see the point in paying rent at the moment with so few people playing regularly. We're also more than happy to help out new people with missions they're stuck on or any other help they need with the game.
So, there it is! If you're looking for a good SG that you'd like to help turn into a great SG then send a tell or e-mail in game to @Big Red Git (Mon-Fri only) or @Deus Interfector and we'll hopefully see you soon!
Edit: We have crating tables too! -
There's Union Chat which was created to stop people chatting randomly on Union Badgehunters but people tend not to use it unless they're chatting on UBH and get 'told off' for chatting about anything other than badges.
In my experience, most of the global channels are a waste of time. I've tried numerous times to find a team on LFT (never even seen another person type on there) and get information about auctions on Union Auctioners but it's still very quiet so I just stick to UBH. -
I've not been on UBH that long, only about a year but there are still regular messages from people organising task forces and teams for accomplishment badges. I don't know if there's more chatting on non-related topics than there was when the channel started but this seems to be what annoys a lot of people. Personally I think that as long as it's not getting in the way of anyone trying to start a badge team then it's not a problem.
Any way, come back to the channel and go for some badges. It's still a friendly bunch of people on there! -
I'd love to do it on Friday, unfortunately I'm working but Wednesday evening I'm free as a bird so if that's when it happens then chalk down Big Red Git (50 fire/fire tanker) for coming along!

I don't actively PvP but if I do have a duel, I'll use insps unless my opponent says he doesn't want to, I don't mind agreeing to that if I know he'll stick to it. If I get attacked at random (well, I say at random but what I really mean is by a bored stalker with nothing better to do) then I'll do whatever I can to flatten them! (use an insp to survive, run away and get a few team mates, usually!).

It's an original song by Weird Al Yankovic (known mainly for recording parodies of well known songs) called Dare to be Stupid and it featured originally in the 1986 film Transformers the Movie (a classic

I got an Acc/Mez I'd like to swap for Dmg/Acc. It'd be nice to swap but I'm not desperate as I can always save it for my troller.
-
I'll be home from work by 8:30ish so if I can join a tad late then I'll be there. It would be nice if a raid could be organised at some time or day other than 7pm on Friday because this regular slot is probably excluding a lot of people who regularly work at this time. Just a suggestion.

Tell me about it, no idea how many I've killed so far but It's gonna be a while before I post my message of celebration.
Congratulations MD -
Well just be aware that it's not so sinister every time the big guy goes AWOL. If you don't believe me then take a look at the evidence....
-
It's been nice teaming with you when I have (not much but still, it was nice!) and an additional note, happy birthday!
-
The odds of someone trading a Hami-O for the costume salvage is far fetched to say the least. The salvage is still very easily available from lots of people willing to just give it away. You never know though, good luck!
-
Indeed, a Helly Christmas and a Crappy New Year to all! (just kidding but I enjoy substituting in the dismal rhyming words)
-
I should be free for this so I'mm bring my empath defender Bio Dude as I already have the badges on Big Red Git.
-
Yes I know I'm writing my own 'gratz' message for hitting 50 but I don't know how frequently the other people on the team visit the forums! I'll just say a quick thank you to Mother's Love for providing the Kronos Titan mission, keeping my alive and helping me arrange it so I levelled when the Titan went down and also thanks to Tinks, one of the first people I met on the game and regularly teamed with.
Thanks guys! -

I'm willing to bet good money that you weren't the only person to do that. -
Well the one on Friday was my first raid and it was a success, afterwards I joked about slotting my HO in Brawl...if I get another from this raid I just might do that
-
Great job to everyone who was there!

Warburg mission temp power for 30 seconds of Phase Shift maybe? Should give you long enough to find the spot.

That's what I did, strolled in and out in plenty of time. Closer to the subject, connection permitting I'll bring Big Red Git (who will, of couse, be dressed in black), it'll be my first Hami Raid
