Don't forget Primal Forces Mastery is pretty good--it can fit two Kinetic Crash sets in Power Blast/Energy Torrent for 7.5% recharge each, a resist based Shield, Conserve Power to help with end, and Power Boost which, with the Rech to have Perma PA, you can have power boost up every 30 seconds (it lasts 15) to double your holdtime on Blind/Flash/EM Pulse. I've found it to be very useful.

You know, it's odd when your fighting a mission entirely against the circle of thorns, and somehow, snuck between the mages, demons, and ghosts, is a techno-void stalker with a giant science-y gun.
Bit of a disconnect, that. -
Eh, once on my vigilante I went from Paragon to Rogue Isles to join the Barracuda Strike Force upon which I immediately went back to Paragon and started robbing the hell out of it.

What bothers me is if your unwilling or unable to run a few of the more difficult TF's is that you are going to need a grinder character to grind shard.
Trying to grind out purples with anything less than an aoe monster that can fast solo +1 x 8 is painful at its best. -

Noticeable difference in difficulty, but still doable. -
This is just one slot, the others are going to do different things--an incarnate attack, the pet based Lore incarnate ability and other things we don't even know about.
Then there's the level shift on top of it.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, if 10% of the whole system is a moderate boost. What's 20%? 30%? 50%? -
...am I the only one that thinks the Mender outfit really doesn't look that great?
