Hi. Yes Sunday night. 4PM PST 5 MST 7 EST. I imagine it is 6CST, but on that one I could be wrong.

Quote:I think you made all that up.Some experts suggest it was the wizard Thaumatorr, in the game Ultima Online on the third day of release. Others argue that the practice predates MMOs and goes back to some of the first MUDs, and credit a warrior named Krag the Merciless.
Still others say that the practice even predates online gaming, and that a halfling thief named Stumblefingers should be credited with the first "congrats", which he said (verbally) to his D&D compatriot Eunice Beauregard McGillicutty the Third, a cleric, during a tabletop RPG session in 1979. -
So I have been in a lot of costume contests occasionally coming in second. I always look at the other costumes and think "Why on earth would they pick that one."
I wanted to have my chance to make people wonder why those costumes.
The top prize will be 999,999,999 influence. I know it isn't a billion but as it turns out thats all you can transfer at once. And it's just to much work to make a second transfer.
Second and third prizes will be 273,127,558 and 162,447 influence respectively. (Hope that is how you word that.)
It will be next Sunday Night January 3, 2010. Wow we hit Y2K+10 and the world did change after all.
Location will be Atlas Park under the globe.
5PM MST which appearantly is 7EST and 4PM Pacific (Half hour later in Newfoundland.)
That's about all I have to say I guess. If I left anything out just yell at me and I will come fix it.
Oh yeah, I will hunt around the base and see what I kind find for 4th and 5th prize.

I did the Candy Cane scheme myself. The only differance is that I kept mine becaus I decided that I wanted to spend them all. Oh well, back to crafting for fun and profit I guess.

HAd fun. Thank you for having us out.

16 to choose? Far to many. Must have for me are Terra Volta, Striga, Dark Astoria, Hollows and Croatoa.

Really liked the pool with the wooden floors.

I never really enjoyed PvP because ussually it involved me wandering lost through Warburg trying to figure out how to get Nukes when someone killed me out of the blue. Stopped going there for a good long time.
In time I accepted that as part of the risk and just keep an eye out. If I see someone casually going by me I attack though. They know the risk too. If they tell me they that they have no interest in PvP I leave them alone. AFter I get my kill that is.
Does PvP suck? Maybe, don't really know, don't really care either though.
If they can bring back Base Raids and not wreck my base I would be fine with that. Otherwise I can do without it. -
You know this is the first time i have even heard of this

Honest. No bull.
We rock. You'll see.
(Edit)
Come join us, it is a really nice place. Plus it is true, we do have PSL.
Well I guess that would make more sense if you could read the post count at 1002. Sorry. I'll go back to AE now. -
I seem to have made a return to AE. Finding good arcs doesn't seem to be quite the task it once was. Have even started to write them again. Hopeflly they won't totally suck.

Thank you Sidhe. It actually does make sense to put some decorations in when I still have my risers in place.
