Base Raids
The trial needs to be redone from the ground up.
Bases currently have no pathing restrictions - which would have to be put back (breaking bases, quite likely, that already exist) Another problem to solve.
The PVP population is, frankly, very low. Which doesn't help priority.
The PvP population is low b/c it sucks. and boring. all you do is go in and jump around with your stealth on with an attack qued up so when your in range you can attack and jump away again. There is no head to head attacks or battles in there. And especially when 30 people can gang up on 1.... There are reasons to go into the pvp zones other than pvp. Like getting the exploration badges and the 5 hour zone badges, and then the defeat badges (like getting the arachnos defeat badges from Warzone).... There needs to be an option to turn off pvp for your toon in the option menu.
Anyway, I digress. Can they give us another trial to do in order to give us the mission computer from another trial....or atleast just make it craftable.
They soo need to fix the base raids still want to get the power liberator badge, and pvp aspect is nice to have to as long as you are with friends!

And what 'Warzone' are you referring to? Only Rikti Warzone that I know of, and that is not a PvP Zone. And for Arachnos defeats you can go to Faultline and not Siren's Call (probably what you meant). Warburg has Rogue Arachnos that dont count for the SpiderSmasher Badge.

I'd tend to agree with Ninus. The whole point of the PvE rewards in the PvP zones (badges, Shivans, rockets, etc) is to draw others into the zone so that there will be people to attack. The risk of being ganked by other players in PvP is part of the risk inhernet in getting these rewards. Obviously, savvy players can time their forays to make meeting other players in PvP unlikely, but a player should not be protected from PvP when in a PvP zone.
If I go to Bloody Bay to get a Shivan and I get attacked, fine. I'm in a PvP zone, that's par for the course. It's probably good sportsmanship to fight me once or twice and then let me be if I'm only there to get Shivans and I'm solo on my Empathy Defender, but I shouldn't just be able to turn PvP off. I can always come back later if the villains are legion and I'm unable to do what I want right now (or bring in friends of my own).
If the player enters the PvP zone, he/she should expect to PvP regardless of the reason for entering the zone. The ability to turn PvP off in a PvP zone is about as good an idea as the ability to turn PvP on in a PvE zone - which is to say, terrible.

Meh. PvP is low because the game does not revolve around it, and it wasnt part of the equation from the beginning; thus some refuse to have anything to do with it. Turning off PvP? Take away any rewards for being in the PvP Zones, and I could agree, but then you wouldnt need to be in the Zones then either so why have it as an Option. If you dont want to PvP; dont go into the Zones.

And /signed to everything else Ninus said. There are people here with exactly zero interest in PVP. PVP has never been a big selling point of this game, quite frankly. There WAS no PVP until issue 4 (arenas,) and it still didn't get all that much visibility until COV's release (zones.) There was an initial spike of interest, then that slowly died down, then - frankly, Issue 13 hit and that interest went down further, while the barrier to entrance (powers reacting completely differently in many cases - for instance, having no mez protection, only resistance, and hold durations being measured in single digit seconds even before getting resisted, for two examples) hasn't grown the population.
When will the devs fix the problem with that trial so we can get the mission computer and start doing base raids?

It's called leaving the zone. Once you are not in a PvP zone, PvP is turned off.
If you get attacked while in a PvP zone...well, duh, it's a PvP zone. If you don't like being attacked, don't go in there. Now that they changed the villainside badges around so the Siren's time badge is no longer required for the accolade there is literally nothing you need in any of the zones. If you want the badges in there, deal with the possibility that you may be attacked.
If I happen to be in the same zone as you and on the opposite faction, deal with the certainty that you will be attacked. (I'm not a jerk about it though, I usually get one or two kills and leave you alone if you're not interested in fighting)
Base Raids are unlikely to ever come back. There are too many stability issues, and the percentage of the population that is actually interested in them is so small it's not going to be a priority anytime soon.

I never really enjoyed PvP because ussually it involved me wandering lost through Warburg trying to figure out how to get Nukes when someone killed me out of the blue. Stopped going there for a good long time.
In time I accepted that as part of the risk and just keep an eye out. If I see someone casually going by me I attack though. They know the risk too. If they tell me they that they have no interest in PvP I leave them alone. AFter I get my kill that is.
Does PvP suck? Maybe, don't really know, don't really care either though.
If they can bring back Base Raids and not wreck my base I would be fine with that. Otherwise I can do without it.
