There are a number of badges available for completing safeguard side missions. I have the PPD rescue one and the one for stopping robberies, the others are coming along fine with the exception of the one for stopping bombings. Every time I get thie side mission I can only find 3 bombs. One in the tunnel, one just as I get into the building, one in a square room on its own but I have scoured the map and cannot for the love of god find the last one! Does anyone have any ideas where to look - they tend not to move places so once I have it once I will be fine

A sad and very true fact I avoid Mayhems like the plague unless in a large team where I can pick mobs off from around the edges

My main (Golden) would definitely be more of a 'Brute Force' BaB type! Relying on sheer power to win through

And for what it's worth you can get the new 4 within about 10 mins of a zombie apocalypse if you get a decent team together

Why would people run round clicking doors and running away?? I have had 3 purple recipes so far from fighting door mobs (mine and other peoples) and made abt 14mil inf. Crazy fools!!!!!

I was ToT'ing last night and thinking about logging when they sky turned red. Happily already in a team of 8 we headed for Portal Corps to make some undead a little more lifeless and have to say it was awesome fun! More manic than rikti raids - zombies just kept on coming thick and fast. Blazing Aura soon meant I had all 4 badges (about 10 mins it took) and the lag wasnt as bad as I expected either!

For the first few levels (well most...) I avoided kidnap missions and stuck to 'Defeat X' or 'Steal Y' missions (X & Y being used to represent a multitude of things - not actually kidnapping X and stealing Y - Sesame Street would notice that...) as these were fast XP for minimal effort and got good levelling results. They also worked well with the fact that I really struggled to team up to about lvl 35

I tended to find that solo - Hostage ambushes tend only to consist of 3-4 mobs and as has been mentioned Divine Avalanche gives good additional defence. I also 3 sloted hide with +Def so even though I wasnt stealthed the defence bonus was still there.

Mayhems were a different kettle of fish. Solo I admit they are a nightmare although I would rather fight on my own terms so tended to go straight to bank and fight as they trickle throught the door. It was 50/50 as to wether it worked though. Like youI tended to let to time run out and carry on with normal missions. In teams Mayhems are good because yuoget change to AS people while they are busy fighting others though!! If you can stick at it until Golden Dragonfly (or whatever it is) that is a damn fine power to take and will save you quite often because mobs in the air cannot atack as well

I love fire/fire tanking - I have tried rolling other powersets but none of them had the feeling of pure joy of destruction fire gives

Golden-Phoenix - my first and fave name mainly due to the Phoenix reference. It is always something I have been drawn to for some reason and Golde-Phoenix fitted perfectly with they Fire/Fire tank theme.

Corporeal Punishment - AR/Dev Blaster was named as a variation on Corporal to incorporate the bodily damage blasters give and receive! It has also led to some fun tells from people advising me of my mis-spelling of Corporal

One of my favourite fun names was a Fire/Rad Troller who I never had the patience to level - 'Cher Nobyl'. I believe someone else is using the name now but i did like it!
