There is normally one in the sewer, one in the tunnels (between sewer and building) and 2 in the building. They all make noise so should be easy enough to find them!!!

Inside the building in the same room you come, there usually is one bomb. Failing that, go through the door which some enemies will come from. On the other side there usually is one too.
Failing that another location is on the second floor somewhere.
Else it is like Nine_claws says.. one in the sewer, one in the tunnel and two in the building itself.

I thought I saw one in the sewer first time I ran it (successfully) but have not seen ione there in the 6+ times since 
I will have to check carefully tonight with volume on max

[/ QUOTE ]If the sewer bomb is not by the opening to the tunnel........then it is usually in the sewer area, that you access via a doorway just by the tunnel opening, that is a dead end.

yep. Go past the tunnel entrance (which is on the right iirc) and into the deadens room. It's always been in there for me.

There are a number of badges available for completing safeguard side missions. I have the PPD rescue one and the one for stopping robberies, the others are coming along fine with the exception of the one for stopping bombings. Every time I get thie side mission I can only find 3 bombs. One in the tunnel, one just as I get into the building, one in a square room on its own but I have scoured the map and cannot for the love of god find the last one! Does anyone have any ideas where to look - they tend not to move places so once I have it once I will be fine
