it is not on live so it is not technically fixed things always get dropped from beta - and even if they nerf km now- the juice done been drained outta dat berry. I know they were making a slew of changes to stalkers like higher hp cap and changes to crits and such.

there was one - he came to arena one time and say hey guess what guys we are going to give arena cams full perception becuase we know you want that it is on your wish list.....from 6 issues ago.

also to add to bb - overpowered stun ftw lol....earth powerboosted stun is nice.

by the time anything comes around to encourage pvp there will be 3 people left who want to do it...srsly we shut the lights off when (insert new MMO name here) came out.

Best team I have ever seen was when Arc, Anichi and Sorrows joined Velocity. Best Matches were Vel v Jal for #1. I think every other team was watching and no one could tell who was winning through most of them.

Poison on corrs, def and trollers is very nice - power boost + defbuffs is nice. Psi Poison corrs are nice. Troller posion hold has longer than average base hold time.

KM is the defacto Scrapper primary. CS does insane dmg. With the addition of the speed power instant recharge regen is basically the best secondary puts mog up twice for the price of a few insps.

Dark blast is nice with the self heal -- em is always a good secondary.

as said Beam is nice but the animation and redraw kills it.

Ice stalkers seem very nice - Primarys never really matter your a stalker - AS/Placate/Shark...or team with stalkers and shrackzooka.

Street Justice looks nice - I might make a SJ/ICE stalker for fun...

PvPed for about 3 years pre-i13, played off and on since then.

FYI -

teams in arena consntantly lose members off team - some teams show 8 others say they are not on team, some get randomly disconnected.

Excesssive Lag in RV, and Arena - folks will see icons on thier buff bars for 5 minutes - like tk or ri long after the debuff has dropped

I personally don't see why you need to limit taunters, it is pretty much the = to cagers back in the day.

I would say no tk, no soul storm, no incarnates other than slotted alpha.

I would say no to limiting ats all together just remove tie as an accepted score. No SD, refight so if a team brought all stalkers to force a tie they gain nothing.

Make it best out of three - win 2 you get a point. the non winning team gets a goose egg. No ties so no need to worry about tie points.

I would also suggest bagging the whole line up submission and just set a time limit. All in no later that 9:10 (if starting at 9) unless teams agree to wait (in case of slow shows).

WP is easy to build because you don't have to get accos to hp cap. All you really need is sharks, the hold and as to worry about slotting. I would actually take off the sixth slot on havoc punch and add it to tactics for the recharge bounus on adjusted..take the two off health and leave the heal procs and one off end move it to your movement (ss/sj) you really want to try and get them over built because of dr. A stalkers needs to be fast and jumpy .

we should make it level 4 just for a lil more variety.
