The endurance drain secondary? Even a redname in the blaster changes discussion has admitted that it is very binary in utility/ It is useless against high-tier enemies and they said that they will be looking at it to see if it still lags behind the other blasters.

Quote:Sorry to hear that and I hope you enjoy Virtue. I can't say I've really had much trouble teaming, but it may be a matter of when you're on.I've decided to leave Pinnacle and relocate to Virtue. It comes down to server population and that several of my old global friends have also relocated. I will miss drunken hami raids, but the times that I have logged onto Pinnacle have all seen a significant lack of team availabilty.

Welcome back. I'll leave the build advice to Local Man, but if you think you have the prestige, I'd be happy to have one of my placeholder characters join your SG and pay bills to get the lights back on. And welcome back to Pinn and the game. @B.Viking if you need to take me up on the offer ingame.

Quote:In the US, a professor is a person with a Doctorate that teaches in a University. All Professors are Doctors (posses a Doctorate Degree,) although not all Doctors are Professors.*Wait, "Doctor Harvan?" I thought he was a professor? Those aren't the same thing. Now, I don't know if it's different in the US, but where I come from, "doctor" is a secondary scientific degree, appended to a primary degree. My father, for instance, is a Prof. Dr. of Biologial Sciences as his official degree, with "Professor" being his primary title. Those shouldn't be interchangeable. And then MY dialogue has Xanta refer to him as "Doctor?" Why? He has never been referred to as a "Doctor" up to this point. He has always been referred to either as Professor Harvan or just "The Professor."
No doubt the authors didn't consider that the term might be defined differently by international players' native protocols. An error, but a relatively understandable one IMO.

Thank you for providing at least part of the answer. I'm unsure how I missed that in the timeline, although it's probably because I didn't look far enough down the page.

I'm attempting to work out when the Woodsman was an active, breathing hero. Scout was looking for him and himself was known as being active in "the early twentieth century," but the wording does not rule out this mission being after that time frame. The Devouring Earth captured him and used his powers to convert Woodsvale to Eden, but I'm having trouble working out the date on that event either. The Terra arc implies the transformation is fairly recent, but the Numina TF suggests that the Woodsman has been missing for a considerable period.
TL;DR- When did the Woodsman's hero career start and stop? -
I would like to cheer getting more "reasonable" male hairstyles. I think I have a grand total of two males not hiding their hair under a hat/hood/helm because many of them just don't look that great.
Also cheers for the welder's mask! -

I made a Dark/Rad Controller because I wanted to see how those sets handled, as I'd never used either one. I started the character in Praetoria because A- I wanted to refresh my memory of the Crusader missions and B- It's a good way to stresstest a build. She was level 14 before her first defeat and hit twenty so fast that I'm now pausing to make up a full backstory for her because something this good, I think I should keep. So far it seems a solid survivability choice.

Of course. I was hoping that these would prove reusable for multiple missions set at the dawn of the new heroic age. A handy thing to reach for when working on lore-heavy missions and at least some of the things are around in odd corners already, like the trolley being used as filler clutter in Night Ward.

I was thinking that it would be fun if we could have a new Ouroborus arc involving revisiting some of the event, heroes, and villains we've only heard about via plaques and the like. Brass Monday, Atlas fending off the 5th Column, or the Hamidon's transformation would all be big historic moments that could probably be made with relatively few new resources needing created and would allow us to get to see big moments and classic supers in action.
If this was tied in with some event tied to Silos' merry band or tracking down clues for a relevant macguffin to face the Battalion or the like, even better.
Best possible use? Having it tied into the release of some Pulp/Golden/Silver costume pieces.
We have so many interesting events and characters in the past; I'd love to see some of them in action... -
Quote:I have a Dark/Rad Controller I made just to see how it played out. The Rad and Dark debuffs mean that you hand out solid damage in good safety.Dark/Dark Controller has insane survivability although the damage may not be up there with some other Controller sets. I'd suspect Fire/Dark would give similar survivability with more damage.
She was level 14 before her first defeat and now I'm trying to flesh out her backstory because she cruised to 20 in record time. I think it's like naming a stray dog; at this point I'm obligated to keep her. -
Quote:Hello. I'm one of those pesky new people that snuck in while you were away. I don't recall seeing you on yesterday, so it may have been timing. And usually PinnBadges is a good place to see what's going on.The server was quite dead when I logged in last night, or I no longer know where the cool kids hang out, maybe both.
Take care! -
I'd originally posted this in the General Discussion area thread where Dink looks at requests/issues for the costume stuff. She said she had reproduced it and it appeared to be a bug, so I am replicating my post here:

I'm the one who had that brute, and yeah, he was streetsweeping Incarnate foes in Dark Astoria at level 46 on SOs.
Also, for the record, Tanks do less damage than brutes or scrappers, but not enough to make them really take all day to defeat someone. My Ice Armor/Titan Weapon Tanker puts out a lot of damage and is rarely in any danger.
For something easier to start with, I would recommend a Tanker or Brute with Invulnerability or Willpower, as they are relatively low-maintenance powersets with solid survivability. I love my Corruptor as well, but they tend to have a fairly narrow margin between "I'm in no real danger" and "IMGONNADIE!!!!!!" -

Mine does the same, and I've never quite worked out what causes it. I do recall it being referenced in a thread asking why some blasts used by Kheldian Nova forms do the same thing...

I would love to get more weapon models. Nail-studded bat, sword improvised from a lawnmower blade, frankenstein shotgun, homemade claws gloves...

This looks very promising, Dink!
If I may make a small request? I'd love for those jeans to have options with and without the kneeplates.
Also the chainsaw titan weapon is wonderful. -
Thanks for the update, Doc Roswell.
