  1. Eh, I'm still trying to find what's so great about Rad's AoE damage. So please, someone enlighten me.

    Energy Melee

That would be like a dream, but it's not going to happen. I'm not trying to shoot down your idea, but if this idea went through, many people would complain that EM is overpowered again (ya, right).

Let's talk about a Sapper (Malta Minion/Lt) KILLING you because you could NOT fight back...because you were stunned. Yeah, I shut down this arguement...you can thank me later...'nuff said.
    Like, dude, what?

    If you say so.
  5. The brute that I do have is tough and only because she's a Granite. I don't roll any other secondary because I find it too squishy.

And I highly doubt your brutes can handle what my tanks can.
  6. They should have just given Blasters Dark Blast.

But add a Brute instead, who can easily be buffed to the tankers level of defense, and with the added factor that a good one can basically be the main source of damage on the team, and you've got all the functionality of a tanker, but none of the negatives such as low damage.
My tanks don't have low damage, thank you. I'll still be rolling tanks after GR hits because tanks are what brutes are not, tough.

    Very true.
  9. Because it's EM me thinks. I mean, there's no real reason to go EM anymore.

Actually, other ATs can't really reach that damage of a blaster though. Controllers? Nope. Defenders? Nope. Tanks? Nope. Scrappers? Maybe spines for AoE and fire for ST, but they can't easily hit as many targets as a blaster can along with doing it from afar.

    So...ya. Blasters are fine.

Whatever it is you're smoking, you should stop. Blasters have lots of controls in their primary and secondary, except for Fire.

I disagree. On my Fire/Elec, I took five powers. That's more than half in the secondary. The same goes for my Psy/Fire, Sonic/EM, and Ice/EM.
  13. 70 million for a proc ain't worth it. I could probably buy one for a lot cheaper if I checked all of levels for it.
  14. I'm wondering, if Defenders do get Cold or Ice Mastery, what powers do you suppose the set would have?

I can think of what the set might look like in no particular order.

    Shiver
    Frozen Armor
    Arctic Air
    Hibernate
    Freezing Touch

These articles usually don't hit until issues are right around the corner. Must be getting close to release. I'm guessing some time next week the pre-downloader will start.
I'm guessing two weeks at least, but I could be very wrong.
  15. Nightstar. What a crazy night that was.
  16. Brutes can't take as much damage as a tank can, but they can do a lot more damage.

Tanks can take a lot more damage a brute can, but they do less damage.

I'm not against it. Infact, I hope they do change it because I would actually do low level tfs. I never do them because I like using the powers that I have.
  18. The boundaries of oceania are defined in a number of ways. Most definitions recognize parts of austrialasia such australia new zealand and new guinea. and all or part of the malay archipe1ago as being parts of oceania. ethnologically, the islands that are included in oceania are divided into the subregions of melanesia, micronesia, and polynesia.

Oceania (sometimes oeanica) is a geograpical, often geopolitical, region consisting of numerous lands—mostly islands in the pacific ocean and vicinity. the term "oceanic" was coinded in the 1831 by french explorer gumont d'urville. the term is used today in many languages to denotes a continent compnsing australia and approoximate pacific islands, and is one of eight terrestual ecozones.

    Best I could do.

Nope it wasn't. You say you might not have the endurance if you switch to Blaze Mastery. My solution was to switch to an epic that will help you with your end management, and of course, that would be Body Mastery. If you're going to switch epics so you can lose CP in return for more damage and increased end consumption, that's your loss.

By switching to an epic that does.

    Is this heresy?

I'm pretty good at making cheap builds, and by cheap, I mean buying expensive IOs at an affordable price. And I'm also working on my Invul/Axe who's currently at 46. Here's his build.
