Is this a Paragon Points question, as in your title, or is this a Paragon Reward Token question, as it actually seems to be ("bonus respec token")? Because the answer is different:

1. Respecs purchased on the Paragon Market is ONE respec to be used on ONE character.
2. Respecs obtained via the Paragon Rewards Program is ONE respec to be used on EVERY character, both existing and new.

Let's all clean up our language in reference to the new currencies. This causes less confusion and misunderstanding between people asking and answering questions. Points are spent on the Market. Tokens are used in the Rewards.

They gave us 3 months of points because July, August, September = 3 months. They gave us 1 server transfer because they said they would give us one when Freedom went live.

Afterburner puts you in Only Affecting Self. None of your toggles are detoggled OR suppressed, they just don't work on anyone but yourself.

The "+$$" at the beginning forces the game to activate one command on keypress, and the second command on keyrelease.

Make sure to hit the key slowly to activate first teamselect then powexecname, because the game gets all confuddled if you hit the key too fast, and you can place a buff somewhere you didn't mean to.

No, it is saying that TO UNLOCK AURAS, you had to do a mission per-character at level 30 or buy the unlock per-character from the Astral Merit vendor. Now, TO UNLOCK AURAS, you can do a mission per-character at level 30, or buy the unlock per-character from the Astral Merit vendor, or buy the Aura unlock from the Paragon Market for your whole account.

It's not their fault if you think it's talking about the auras themselves. It's an aura unlock. Therefore it's talking about unlocking auras.

The villain one is more fun than the hero one.

There is apparently a way to make it look like a real desktop, and there is also apparently a way to have the "Windows XP Like" non-bubbly style. However, being that I don't have it myself I have no idea how to tell you how to set that permanently. But someone who works at Microsoft was at my D&D game last Saturday talking about it.

The NCLauncher is still advertising the "bring a friend back" offer that grants your friend and you some free time if you bring them back and they resub. It's no longer available under NCsoft Account > Game Accounts > [account name], where it was found before. If it's no longer found there, update the instructions on the page that the blurb links to (here). If it's no longer functional, stop using that blurb.

Searching for "wisp +aura" gets several hits with other people seeing the issue. No redname comment that I can find.

I'm seeing tons of comments about this issue. Most common solution is to scroll down until the line is at the top, and about half the line isn't visible.

/respec only works with free respecs granted by the devs and respec recipes. Trial respecs, vet respecs, and purchased respecs utilize the respec contact.

Otherwise you need to visit Jack Wolfe in Atlas Park for heroes, or Arbiter Lupin in Nerva Archipelago or Arbiter Sawyer near Pocket D in Port Oakes for villains.
