5th Tier Travel Powers
I went from 58mph to 78 mph, significant but not OMG.
What was also a nice perk was the hover-like handling with fly (no more skidding) and the +defense for even safer travel (I actually use it in Lambda for when PFF is down so I can cap DEF and avoid mobs in the sabotage phase).

Not much. < 78mph without any flight speed increases in either Fly or Afterburner... Max of ~89mph with boosts to fly speed for Afterburner and Fly. In Beta it was 2 level 50 IO Flys in Afterburner, and 1 level 50 IO Fly in Fly.

Afterburner puts you in Only Affecting Self. None of your toggles are detoggled OR suppressed, they just don't work on anyone but yourself.
