It's a huge step forward from "United States (except Rhode Island and some others) and Canada (except Quebec) only", which was their modus operandi for years.

Incidentally, why the heck is Rhode Island excepted? Poking around the interwebs doesn't tell me why Rhodesians can't play, but maybe I'm just using the wrong search terms.

Please note that they have never said patch notes will be posted "directly" after an update. Any time after the update is "after the update", so even two days later is still valid.

However, I will note that I've already placed a comment in the official booster giveaway thread up in Announcement Discussion that the OCR folks seem to have gotten carried away with the giveaways and forgot to hit "post" on the patch notes.

edit: nevermind, I found it. Hey! That's awesome.

edit2: just to note, it doesn't work the way you say it. You have to ctrl+click to highlight the programs in the "Applications" list, selecting which ones you want to tile, THEN tile them from the Windows file menu within Task Manager.

Oh, those poor Win7 souls... can only have two windows open side by side... Yes, I know, this is not actually the case, but you're making it sound like having two automagically resized windows side by side means anything special. You don't need any particular shape or size of window in order to do this. My windows are actually kind of messy and work just fine. I've got two on the left (General forums, Facebook) and two on the right (Twitter, NCsoft account). Win7's snap windows doesn't automatically resize four windows, so it means *nothing* in this instance.

Technically I have a fifth and sixth window open as well, my "normal use" browser window (that has multiple tabs open in the one window) at about half-width (maximized is way too big on my 23" screen), and my City game running full screen in the background. Both of these get minimized though, when codes are afoot.

I don't remember Firefox, the base browser, ever having reloading functionality built in. I do, however, remember a browser called "Avant", which is basically a shell overtop of IE, which does have reloading functionality built in.

They aren't releasing it to purchase until TOMORROW, just like the announcement says, and like has been said about four times in this thread already.

Huh. And here I am, on Windows XP, with a constantly refreshing (every 10 seconds, through a Firefox addon) Twitter page, Facebook page, and forum page... and my Master Account page in a second Firefox window, to the side, set to refresh every 45 seconds to keep the login fresh. All I have to do is click once and enter the code and hit enter.

I haven't won one yet, but you're talking like only Win7 folks can do multiple windows.

No, trying to apply an NA code to an EU account, or an EU code to an NA account, just returns an error for the person trying to apply it. It does not actually 'use' the code.

How the hell is that rude? No wonder your red dots never go away. Most folks with red dots go up and down, but you are, at least, consistent.

Just means people will tailor a MoQTF character that has flight or teleport and recall friend. Of course, there are a ton of people who have those power combinations already (like most of my characters) and don't have to do any kind of tailoring.

There's also Mission Teleporter, though I'm not certain that's available under Mo circumstances. It's not a temporary power...but then again, neither are vet powers and those are unavailable.

No, that doesn't raise the level cap to 60, it makes the level 50 experience fatter.

Hmm, poking at the wiki, it seems I completely misremembered several powers, which is embarrassing considering I have a Pain-Dom Corruptor sitting at level... 22?
