Terra Volta Respec Less Tedious?

I recently heard, on a channel, that the reactor core session has been changed from 2 minutes of fighting + 28 minutes of snack break to 2 minutes of fighting + 13 minutes of snack break. I haven't had a chance to play much lately, but this interests me.

Can anyone confirm or deny?

I ran a Respec (sky raiders) Trial last weekend, no change in the spawning.

The only times, I've experienced the mission not ending promptly after the defeat of the last wave is if a teleporting enemy (sky raider, rikti) sends himself outside the reactor chamber. You'll usually find them out in the corridor, sometimes hanging out up on the girders near the ceiling.


Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

I find this occurrence to be a good reason to clear the corridor personally... it makes it much easier to find the stray.

Our stray was all the way back in one of the side rooms off the main control room near the entrance. I'm determined to just treat it as a defeat-all from now on. Vastly simplifies finding the stray.

I'm personally against any drastic decrease in time between spawns. It is primarily for gimped characters after all. But we've had that discussion only recently.

I do remember when they were faster, but that was i2. Respecs were brand new, everyone was still learning the game and had awful, awful builds. The Reactor door was just spewing out hero corpses. Things were tweaked to make it easier(including adjusting the spawn levels).


The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.
