I'd like stores to have a couple of filters, similar to the Search window.
So like the way you choose say "Sharkhead Island" and "21-30","25-35" in the search window, you could select to only see "Magic" and "Damage","Accuracy", and only Magic SOs or Magic/* DO's or TOs would appear, and only those that enhance damage or acc. Both categories would have an "All" like the search window does.
This would not only help find the enhancements you want, but make scrolling through Ghost Falcon's lists much easier
The stores haven't had a revamp in, what, ten issues? When did they add all of the enhancements to store inventory instead of only "Power 10"? Whenever that was. Issue 6? Anyway, that is WAY TOO LONG to go without a revamp, anyway. -
I really don't want to homogenize the DOs/SOs. It makes the game lose flavor, which is not what anyone should want to happen.
The best solution is to add a description in the store and/or to fix the broken tooltip.

The order of the servers on the server page indicates server load (usually directly proportional to population, but not always). Order is:

I'd like to say that I would quit if the game went to an annual paid expansion instead of two to four free updates a year.
However, I know how stuck I am on this game, so I would likely pay for it anyway, even though I would not like it at all.
"I already bought the game, you expect me to pay $15 a month to play it, and you're still going to charge me for your updates???"
See also: WoW. (Although it's only been three expansions in six years.) I buy the expansions because I want to be able to play the whole game, not because I want to buy the expansions... -

My lv50 Corruptor has a vday mission from the first time. I don't play him enough to worry about meeting the mission cap, especially now that it's seven simultaneous missions.

I don't think they should change the middle of DO/SOs. I think they should fix/update the stores instead.

Radio/paper mission carried over from an old patch? Happens somewhat commonly. No, they're not supposed to be showing up yet, they are part of the Praetorian content.

ED applies to enhancements' percentages, regardless of what kind of enhancement it is. 90.1% brushes up against the first level of reduction.
ED does not apply to set bonuses, but it does apply to the enhancements themselves. -
Technically, I use the Magic Pack most often, because I cast Mystic Fortune every 20 minutes when I'm on a team.
Thematically, I'm not sure which pieces or emotes/cce's I use the most...almost all of my characters use more stuff from the base game costumes/emotes/cce's than anything else. I rank the Mutant Pack last, as other than Energy Morph, Dimension Shift, and Secondary Mutation, I have pretty much no interest in the pack. -

2. Powers that include resistance (e.g. recon grants toxic resistance) don't utilize +heal bonuses. Not sure about Siphon Life...can't remember if DP grants resistance. -
There are guidelines, they are found at Article Guidelines. They don't really apply to the changes you're suggesting though, because you're just going to go in and change some text.

Worst comes to worst, if you can't just walk up and talk to her, you could do some radio missions in Faultline and see if you get her as a contact after the Safeguard. Maybe turn off XP just to make SURE you won't outlevel her (you probably wouldn't, but I'm always overcautious).

Because it's a colossal pain in the ***. Paragon Studios would have to pay a fee and register a permit to operate a contest in the state of Rhode Island for every single promotion they run. This is why they are better off giving things away, like costume codes and booster packs, rather than having them as contest items.
