Game not getting past blue loading bar!!

I installed CoH because it looked very interesting and i wanted to try it out. It's fully updated and everything works up until once you accept the terms and then it stays at the blue loading bar and i have to force close CoH

Someone must have had the same problem, please help.

Do you run an anti-virus/firewall?

Please run CoH Helper and HijackThis and post the logs into a reply so we'll know more about your system and might be able to point you in the direction to fix the problem (i.e. conflicting software, outdated drivers, etc).

If you mean the log for hijackthis, it won't allow me to save it. It'll ask if i wanna overwrite the log thats already in there and then it just disappears . I'm not the best with computers either so i could be doing something wrong.
