Yet another poster appeared with further details in the Portal Corps lobbies:

Imogen reacted on instinct, pulling her pistol from the holster at it';s side she aimed at the nearest bears head and caught it mid-flight, ripping through it with more force than a normal pistol, putting it away she grabbed one and ripped it's head off, but not without receiving a gash to the arm holding the bear, "Mac!" and with that a small dvice rolls in blinking innocently before long it exploads in a wash of Electro Magnetics, disabling anything electrical and Imogen waited for a reaction....

Flash smirked having spotted the poster but also because she had also spoken to Joey about it, looking behind her at the group as they were getting set up for a rehearsal she takes the poster down, and walks through to tell them the news...

Tzadi vanishes, reappearing at the appeartment mere nano-secounds later

Grabbing a couple of toys Imogen walks over and hands them to the people asking for them

Imogen whistled and Mac came over, "Hey, Mac, these toys are emitting energy spikes. Pack one up will ya? Oh and check the other toys, don't care what they are. Even if it's a piece of lego I want it examined by a super sonic. Yeah? Check for anything you can." Mac hurried out with a selection of toys to the waiting truck

Imogen looked at all the small mechanical looking objects before pulling out a visor and clipping it on, looking for abnormal Electronic Pulses

Tzadi didn't waste a moment, soon his falchion was thrust towards her chest, aiming to thrust to the hilt

Imogen reads it over, "Seems to uniform even -for- a serial killer. Plus not even a meta could do somethin' like that in ten secounds or however long it was. Sounds a bit robotic. Y'know?"

Stepping in she looked around quickly followed by her mentor, "Ah right. So, ten secounds was it Mac?" asked Imogen
"Yeah it was." Mac turns to the guard, "Have you checked concealment maybe? Just thinkin' it'd be a good idea to check for any Thermal during the cuase. Because Seven people in ten secounds. Either lucky, fast or a group. Clockwork are small enough but nowhere near powerful." taps his chin indicating that they're willing to be led to the Chief Officer...

Imogen looked around, having just left training she had requested joining the MHCTF(MetaHuman Crime TaskForce) and with her mentor was waiting at the tape looking around, "S'info on this case Mac?" asked Imogen, her railgun on her back.

"Homicide, bits of people left all over the place. S'all I know." Her mentor waved over the guard...

The wave seemed to do nothing yet slow Tzadi's mental calculations and soon he was after the pale woman attempting to take Isabella away from her...

Tzadi reacted without thinking sending a foot towards the womans back with immense force....

Pulling down a poster Flashpoint smirked slightly, rumaging in her pocket for her phone she pulled it out and dialled the number quickly, left her details, contact and band name as the other end picked up...

Tzadi's Falchion was still in his hands, his dark eyes glwoing a faint purple colour

A poster on Portal Corp and FC buildings states that Portal Corp is looking for willing heroes to help rescue a planet in this universe, it invovles flight to Africa and then moved to a pan-galactical rift sight in Africa. It then goes on to state that it could happen at any time so please leave contact details with Portal Corp....

the emotes are pre-made, skulls stealing the bag of a lady is just a prefab, simply said a set of pre-made models with it's pre-made animations and triggers.
a man waving his hand is just a trigger when a player comes by, this kind of trigger is in every enemy, but more hostile aimed till a certain trigger value.

simply set, making the NPCs do random animations out of the blue is a lot harder then it looks.

YYeah sure they have them there but then they have to -make- them do the things. Plus I can see, for people with rather crud systems, it causing a spot of lag if there's that many of them TBH. A crowd waiting for a concert all doing different emotes, for the crud systems again, would be a pain every time they walked by during said 'event'.
