Into Thin Air - Getting It Together (Open!)
A figure watched the café with undying vigil, it turned out this figure was Tzadi, he watched them, wondering what to do he was good at reading peoples emotions but he was never very sure at helping, even after 773 years.

((*pokes* Oh come ON... <_<)
Richie frowned at Shadowcrash as she dragged her hand down her face.
"What?" He asked, with a raised brow.
"It's still a stupid idea."
"What other flamin' choice have I got!?" Richie raised his voice a little, getting the odd funny look here and there. "It's not like I can just run around the city asking everyone if they want to take a quick trip into a pocket dimension, can I?"
"No," Selina shrugged. "But I still suggest you talk to the V..."
"I said they've got worse issues on their plate!" Richie snarled.

((That or everyone needs new flipping glasses. Seriously. how much more of a damn hook did you need than what's been posted before? Sheesh.))
Several Days Later. Well... 2 days. So it's Sunday.
Shadowcrash had a plan. Kind of.
The ghost had sneaked her way into the Atlas Park PPD station in the middle of the day, keeping herself hidden from sight as she crept to the station's radio room, left emtpy briefly during a sloppy shift switch.
Shadowcrash peeked into the room, noticing the lack of staff, and smirked.
Some day, you're gonna thank me for this, Richie. she thought to herself as she rushed in and closed the door, ensuring nobody was around to notice in the process. Letting out a quick sigh of releif as she rested against the door, the ghost then looked around the darkened room, eventually spotting what she was after.
Shadowcrash picked up the somewhat bulky headset, looked around, and then took a deep breath.
Across the city, many heroes across the city may have heard the following on their PPD radios:
"Goooooooood afternoon, Paragon City! How're you all doin' today? Why am I even asking that? Never mind!
You're tuned in to PPD Radio, and I should damn well hope so too! Hey, it's entirely possible for one of you geeks out there to have played around with your radio's innards and managed to pick up some folk music station from some remote location in Europe, right? Okay, that's not why I'm here! On with the show!
You see, I've got a friend who could really use some help. See, he's got issues with some pocket dimension. Whiiiiiich kinda took his apartment. And his stuff. And a 400-year-old girl who'd only just escaped back into our world and is now being held against her will, you know? Kinda sucky, huh?
So here's what I want you lot to do! Not that I expect any of you to go through with it, buuuut..."
*loud banging can be heard in the background*
"Whoops. Anyway! If you wanna help this guy out go look for Richie Stacker somewhere in the Northern end of Gemini Park, Galaxy City, alright? Oh, and Richie? I -know- you're listening... get your backside over there yourself. Now. Pronto!"
----------------
Richie Stacker looked down at the PPD radio on his sister's coffee table as it finished playing out Shadowcrash's little broadcast. Without a second thought, the enraged ex-street fighter grabbed his jacket and darted out of Gemma's apartment.
"What the hell does she think she's PLAYING AT, DAMMIT!?"
((Happy now?!))

..in a glorious suit of blazing flame Hellskeeper leaped skyward making a bee line for Gemini Park.... ...
Richie stormed into the park with a face like the back end of a monorail car, joined almost instantly by Shadowcrash, how gave Richie a smile. Richie frowned.
"You are proper dead, you know?" Richie snarled at the ghost as he pressed on into the park.
"I know, Richie." she responded with the same smile. "It's pretty cool, ain't it?" Richie facepalmed.
"What the hell were you playing at anyway?" Richie enquired.
"Trust me, Richie. When this is over, you'll thank me. Really."

As Richie enters the park he seems to come to life, Falchion glinting and felling the surrounding Hellions and Vahzilok who seemed more interested in him than each other. "Ah. Non-hostile life." moves over to Stacker and bows, low. "Tzadi at your service." his non-blinking pure black eyes focused intently, akmost disconcertingly on Richie...

Richie blinked momentarily in surprise at Tzadi's sudden appearance. Right before Shadowcrash slyly nudged the hopeless Durham lad in the side.
"See, Richie?" She said, grinning at Richie. "My plan worked like a dream, didn't it?"
"Aye, aye," Richie rolled his eyes at the annoyingly cheerful ghost. "Right," the hopeless 'hero' scratched his head briefly, "Probably best we hang on for a bit, see if anyone else is coming, ya reckon?"
"Duh." It was now Shadowcrash's turn to roll her eyes. "Well, hey anyway, Mr. Tzadi, glad we could have on board for this little trip."
Sam: "My mind is a swirling miasma of scintillating thoughts and turgid ideas."

Richie raised a brow at Tzadi for a second before shaking his head and returning his attention to Angelica.
"Okie-dokie..." Richie sighed. "Right, this... this is long complicated, and I'm proper tellin' you now, this was in no way my fault, alright?" Shadowcrash rolled her eyes.
"You were the one that decided to mess with those spells, Richie..."

Shadowcrash smirked as she introduced herself with a quick wave. "Selina Barton. Friend of Richie's, tutor at Salamanca University, former witch and hero... and I'm a ghost, just so you know. That thing kinda spooks a lot of people, but I'm really nice once you get to know me and everything! Don't worry, I'm not gonna possess you or anything like that. Not my thing."
Richie simply pinched the bridge of his nose as Shadowcrash rambled on. It was the only thing he -could- do at that very moment.

Behind the group, there was a sudden woosh, a thud, a crack, a grunt and a stream of colourful profanities, all originating from a man wearing red-tinted wraparound sunglasses, sitting awkwardly on the grass and apparently nursing a rapidly healing broken leg. "Need to co-ordinate my jumps better," he muttered to himself, annoyed, but seemingly not in pain. After a few seconds, the leg rather abruptly cracked back into place before the man got to his feet and offered a brief wave. He turned to face Shadowcrash and spoke.
"... Selina, what the hell did ya think you're doing on a god damn police radio?" Boneblade asked with a faint grin.
"Helping this doofus?" Shadowcrash nodded toward Richie with a smile, who continued to pinch his nose. "Desparate situations call for desperate measures, right?"
"Aye, aye..." Richie muttered, before he looked around at the group. "Right, what are the chances anyone else is gonna bother with this crazy job?"

(( So, this is my first attempt at anything like this. Feel free to flame me as soon as I screw up ))
A rather unusual person walked towards the group along the stone path of the park. Heavily-muscled and green-skinned, he was quite obviously a Troll. However, his clothing was not that of a typical Superadine addict; he was dressed in a well-tailored silk suit and smoking a fine cigar.
As he approaches, Buck the Troll nods to the other members of the group, and says, in cultured words that do not match the rough voice, "May I enquire if this is Richie Stacker's group?"

((Okay, quick recap, My main, Crazy Dragon, managed to free a strange girl going only by the name of Isabella from Thin Air, a pocket dimension he had been using to store things, his weapons included. Weeks later, Isabella was recaptured and dragged, along with Richie's apartment, back into Thin Air. He's been staying at his sister's since. His Uni tutor, the ghost witch Shadowcrash, has entered Thin Air herself a few times since then, attempting to gather as much info as she could on the strange building there that holds Isabella and her guardian, as well as try and get a bit of help together for an attempt at both rescuing Isabella and getting Richie's apartment back into this world. She's not had much luck though.))
Friday 3rd October 2008, at about 3:00pm Local Time
A small café in Atlas Park, alive with the usual idle chatter of its customers, coupled with the clattering of cups, plates and saucers from the various staff, trying to keep up with the queue at the counter. Sat in a small corner, Richie Stacker, The Crazy Dragon is downing a can of cola at an alarming rate while his Croatoa University tutor, Selina Bartlett, watches him with a raised brow as she sips on a capuccino.
"Geez, Richie" Selina piped up, placing her cup down on the undersized saucer in front of her. "Will you be careful with that? The last thing Isabella needs is her one ticket out of there getting killed by a soft drink."
"I can't help it!" Richie responded. "I'm like this when I'm frustrated, you know? I mean... how long have we been trying now?"
"Uh... lost count."
"WEEKS!" Richie barked as he slammed his now-empty can onto the table, causing the sea of customers in the cafe to stare in his general direction. After an awkward few seconds, Richie finally uttered back. "Nothing to see here... bugger off." The crowd immediately returned to their own business without a second thought. "So yeah, where was I? Oh aye... Who've we got so far?"
"Well..."
"Two idiots, myself included, and a dead chick, that's what." Richie answered his own question in a tone that suggested all hopes of getting any help on his little problem with Thin Air were waning very fast, if not completely lost already. "And I'm willin' to bet he's completely forgotten about this."
"Five bucks." Selina responded with a smirk. Richie simply glared at her coldly. "Joke, Richie, lighten up for once."
"I'll lighten up when this is sorted."
"Your sis not gonna help out?"
"She's in Tokyo at the moment. And mam's in France. Again. And I trust dad about as far as I can throw him with situations like these, before you ask."
"Okay, so what about that Vi-"
"Last I checked," Richie butted in, "They've got big enough issues right now without my stupid problem adding to them." Richie then proceeded to sit back, placing his hands behind his head and supporting its weight with them. "At this rate I might as well just go in there myself."
"Bad idea."
"What's the worst that could happen, bar getting screamed at? Or incurring the wrath of a certain psychic-psychotic friend."
Selina couldn't help but facepalm at Richie at that very moment as she reached for her capuccino.
Sam: "My mind is a swirling miasma of scintillating thoughts and turgid ideas."
