  1. Is it a known issue yet about the animation timing and hit registering on hits power being off by variable amounts?
  2. So bummed out by this. Gives me less of a reason to pop on the game now when i get home from work.
  3. I'm sad that COH wants me to keep playing other games. i feel that Staff Fighting is long over due at this point. If i'm not mistaken its had a longer delay then Street Justice....
  4. I suppose my only confusion is why they woudl have Chronoshift effect league/non-team mates and Farsight not....i guess because it has a heal component. or....something
  5. Ahhh i see...just seems odd that they let some of their powers effect leagues and others not...but whatcha gonna do.
  6. Huh...why woudl they have it able to effect 255 targets if it cant effect leaguemates.... it makes no sense.
  7. I thought this power had been changed a while back to let it affect league mates and not just people on the same team?
  8. I ran into an annoying but in what i can only assume in the pet AI twice now while running a BAF. After the end of the prisoner phase in the BAF my pets automatically took off towards Siege the moment he spawned and unless put in heel mode they would not return to my side. later on in the same Trial i was on spawn duty well outside of LOS and unless i popped them back into heel mode they'd take off to try and engage Siege even though he was out of sight and around the side of the building. two different occasions for them taking off after the prisoner phase once on them being out of LOS still trying to fight him. Another Mastermind on the same trial had her pets take off after him at the end of the prisoner phase as well.

    I figured the hellfire gargoyle since it has no utility powers and by recharge bonuses I meant like from chrono shift and temporal selection
  10. I have a Demon/Time Mastermind and i'm wondering which would benefit most from being buffed, the Hellfire Gargoyle or the Demon Prince? also is it true that all pets get nothing from recharge buffs?

    this puts it at least two weeks out, but i'd bet on 3. Look at how long they delayed releasing street justice after i21 released. They're stretching it out to maintain subscriptions, they dont launch the new sets with 22 so that people coming back to the game for I22 dont get burned out as quickly as they would if everything dropped at once, they hold out key features or sets that people want (that involve money) a month or so that way they can draw them back in and hang onto existing subscribers or gain new ones when they release what they've held back.... sigh guess i'll have to sit on to these 800pp longer then i thought.
  12. I'm 1000% sure this has already been suggested but i'll toss this out there anyways. With the fantastic addition of the new Darkness Control set and the upgraded visuals there in i'm going to ask this question knowing the chances are slim to none due to the time it would require could be better invested elsewhere. What are the chances of new visual effects for darkness control being applied to all the existing power sets (Armor, Blast, Miasma, Affinity, Assault, Manipulation) as alternate animations so that the players that prefer the current existing looks can keep it. I don't know about everyone else but i love the aura that surrounds your hands when you queue up dark control powers and my dark melee/shield brute would love to start decking people with those.

    Anywho there it is, my question I'm already fairly certain of the answer.

  14. I know its only a minor difference but was there any reason given on why Possess is 2.33s activation to Confuses 2.00s with no difference in how the power operates?

With the addition of the third "Pet Aura" IO introduced in the masterminds ATIO set I think its time that the Three Pet Unique Enhancements get their own Icon in the buff tray (Both for the mastermind and the pets effected) to indicate to the player that they're functioning and when they are. If i understand the way these Enhancements (Edict of the Master Defense/Sovereign Right Resistance/Command of the Mastermind AOE Defense) work is that the player generates a 40' Aura that effects the henchmen under the control of the mastermind that has them slotted.

    Since (without temporary powers) I have no way of knowing if these enhancements are in effect due to lack of pet stat tracking I can only trust and hope that they're in effect and that i'm in range of all pets to grant them the "aura" proper.

    As someone who's starting to finally get into his Mastermind i'd like to see this introduced for piece of mind. I feel this isn't asking too much since the Scrappers Strike Critical Bonus has its own icon when the ATIO is slotted.

  17. I bought this pack but in the tailor option there's an Imperial Gloves 3 option that isn't unlocked and looking at this announcement I don't see Imperial Gloves 3 listed....am I missing something?

    this is true but i cant find one that quite gives off the right idea like the previously removed image did. i'll have to look harder but you're right, its iconic and its something that would be great if it made its way into the game.

  23. that sad thing is i have no real other way to express the idea i have in mind outside of the image that was removed. oh well, so much for hoping in that showing up in game.
