Hey guys and girls, I've been playing a Psi/Ment blaster since I started here. She's level 44 now, but I'm stuck at getting her up higher. I cant seem to find a map that has some decent mobs or good levels to get her higher. I've run the ITF, but she is on Justice and there arent a lot of people on there anymore to team with, so I'm pretty much stuck soloing. Any suggestions?

Someone quoted Castle I believe (in a different thread) stating that no we could not because the limit was meant to show new players that TFs would be harder/longer/etc than a normal mission. TFs will remain unchanged as of now.

We're all incredibly stupid..

Issue 16 info came out on.... July 16th. Why didnt we see this coming?

And of course the simple question of what can we expect the wait time on this to be? 3 months? 4?

And "Other features to be announced" makes me happy. LIKE WE NEED ANY OTHER ONES!!

What makes me happy is the ability to turn my Fire blaster's flames to white or blue showing just how HOT his higher powers really are. My biggest question is, is this something we will be able to change after character creation at the tailor (like costumes) or are we stuck with it forever... or is it an option every time we get a new power?

And thats the only problem with Opaque. You hinder the visibility of some players for certain characters powers. I would think that some powers should be given the option of Transparent... and some given opaque... but clearly not all (as the FF example shows).

Although on that note, some powers should also not be able to be turned invisible, as it would be hard to tell if you had a FF up if you turned off those kinds of things on your screen (seeing the icons on screen. I think there is a button for it...)

I could see that working when you're moving... but just standing around? Thats silly. I think its supposed to resemble "fire" from moving so fast and creating so much surface friction on stuff... but standing around? How fast do you have to be STANDING to create fire? Pretty Effing apparently.

I agree that I get bored soloing as well. I really enjoy being on Virtue and teaming.. I love teams... even if I'm not an empath just so I get picked up! Lol.

Transparent would be the option here. And I agree that some powers might look better with it, like Psionics for example.

I've been praying for this for a while. I would like to be able to remove the annoying sound of steam from my flight, or the annoying look of it from some characters who I would personally like to have flying by other means, and not have to waste a costume slot to add an aura or something to get the appearance.

I dont think a single person is upset about this. Some people are hesitant about the destruction of teaming, but I think that it will make all the teamers more available in terms of the people saying "LFT" actually mean it. I'm so excited, I think my hearts skipping to a new beat after it missed a few....

THe only thing I'm worried about is the one article I read that said "with power customization comes people hurling brown fireballs to resemble fecal matter..." (paraphrased). God lets hope someone doesnt make that hero "Sh!tman" or "Skidmark"....

I think this is a great feature. I imagine it would cut down on farming a lot. You can now solo something and have spawns for 8 ppl, as presented early. I also agree that most people who are farming wouldnt be talking to you if they didnt need people for the spawn rate. Now it sorta cuts those people out of Broadcast, out of our faces, and leaves the groupers to group together. I like it.

P_P I wanna go in on it with you because this is really one of the best Ishes ever. It will all but eliminate farming in AE since people will be able to solo farm any mish (sorta). Plus all the extra cool... I'm geeking out.

Just read this email I got from the Facebook group. I cannot believe how amazing this ish is gonna be. I was so happy, that it made me consider renewing my membership in Feb when it runs out... I'm suddenly finding a renewed hope for this game.

However, I have a predicition based on the Proliferation... I imagine that all these mergings of groups is a slow process of merging all the Archetypes and creating a system where all archetypes have access to various versions of each power (save masterminds powers). Possibly even something as unique as the individual power selection that is the cornerstone for CO.

I prefer to listen to this with 1:30 - 2:48 on loop. Its much more.... violent for me, especially on my scrapper (if you know the scene, you can just replace Uber-Vamps for Rikti... and Slayers are already super heros so....)

Not reading all of it, as I simply dont care...

But I have to agree that I was highly annoyed when I was in AE with some friends and encountered a lvl 19 who had NO IDEA how to tell who the team leader was, what to do in AE, or how anything seemed to work besides "Local" chat. These "AE Babies" bother me. Greatly. I approve of someone's fix of LVL 25+ toons having access to AE and not before (and like Peacebringers and the like, only one toon has to hit 25 w/o AE).

Seriously though... The month is barely half over. Give them some time. Especially since speculation suggests new of GR shouldnt even be out yet.

It has not. My plant controller just summoned up two pets last night, but the window didnt open automatically. Sad... wish it would!!

And Sin, if you look in AE it is called welding high, medium, and low... however I dont know if we have access to it or what it would be called to make your toon do it!!

A lot of people seem to be causing a lot of their own dislike of this story, but dont seem to understand why. First, it is my impression that it is because of the above linked topic, and also because of another topic similar to it that was erased. You see, we live in a forum world where even the bigots and intolerant people can come. And while some of you here may not be emotionally stable to discuss things such as r@pe, some times we need to discuss it in order to overcome it and to heal from situations such as this.

We need to talk about these experiences and learn from them, and so for those of you, like Aisynia, who were upset by this topic, I formally apologize for anyone. However, we have to talk about these things in order to stop them. Transgender/transexual hate and discrimination is the next thing that will be fought for after gay marriage/adoption is squared away. Mark my words. GLBT rights groups are dealing with these issues more than ever now.

I'm sorry for your loss, and I'm sorry it had to come to that. I hope that some day we will be able to break free from all of this hate and learn to just coexist. We dont have to get along, but we DO need to destroy this hetero-normative view on society and life.

I wouldnt be surprised to see a lot of Sailor Moon style "Sailor Starlights" to come popping up... I mean, this was the biggest argument for why that last season never came state side.

Regardless of the pixels or not... The girls still have breasts, often very visible ones, and the men still have some packages (depending on the bottoms). Regardless, it was for the point of discussion. Transgender and cross dressing are different then a full on biological shift.
