  1. Just a question I have. Will we ever be able to invite our own alts to a SG/VG? Perhaps using the in game e-mail system. The reason for the question is I have a storage box sg where I store IO's and salvage. I would like to be able to get a few more of my alts in the storage box but currently cannot unless I invite someone else to the SG and give them invite privileges. Which can be done but if none of your close friends have alts to put in the storage box. Your kinda stuck. I have a lot of alts and some I rarely ever play but do not want to delete them as I do Like them. I'm just an altaholic and when they reach 50 and you can only keep so many in an active sg so they can continue recruiting and allowing new alts in they end up in limbo with no home and no access to Base Teleporters or Med Bay's. Sure I can email my salvage, inf, IO's, recipes to my alts now which is fantastic, but what do we do with our sg-less alts? I thought the e-mail system could make a good model of allowing you to invite your global alts on the same server to an SG/VG. Just a thought, would like to know if this will ever be possible.
  2. Thanks everyone for the very informative views on Katana/Fire. I hadn't taken the Villain epic pools into consideration but yeah, there is some nice stuff there to look at.
  3. I was wondering if anyone had made a Scrapper with the Sets of Katana / Fire , and how you liked it, I have not played Katana or Fire Armor so was thinking of taking the opportunity to play these sets in a combo. What do you guys think of this Combination of Powers?
  4. So you both would prefer Elec Melee/ Regen over Energy Melee/Regen? I can see the benefits of Elec Melee over Energy Melee for teaming as there is some AoE, but on a stalker I'm ok with single Target damage, as I will prolly solo a stalker more than team with him. I Might make both and run them for a bit to see which I like. Was just looking for opiions on how everyone felt about the sets.
  5. I am about to finish my first Stalker a DM/Nin, have had a great time playing him. I thought with GR now here I'd give another Stalker a go. I decided on Regen as my secondary, so I'm up in the air about Elec or Energy. I have a Elec melee brute that kicks butt, but have never gotten a Energy Melee anything very high. So my experience with Energy Melee is lacking. So my question is Elec Melee/Regen or Energy Mele/regen for a stalker and why?

    Ok here's the proposed build.
  7. Strykers answer was much closer to what I was looking for. That being said to give you guys who have answered my post, a chance to see what I am looking at, I will post the proposed respec build. I do not want any one to think I am trolling for builds, I think I do ok comming up with builds for my alts. That being said please do not feel as though you need to post a build. Not what I'm looking for. The 91% acc I was talking about is actually one of the lower Accuracy bonuses in the build was just using that for a reference. When I slot 5 full sets of Purps I get some great "global set Bonuses" But when I compare the 5 Purple set build to this one, I have much better over all set bonus effects, such as Acc/Recharge/Damage/End on this the non 5 purp set build. So even though my effects are better, would the Global bonuses from a Purpled build still make the purple build better?
  8. Well the Global Acc I do get from the IO's I have are giving me 18%, Not counting my Powers Acc, I allready have some Pruprs in the Build, so no money wasted, but I don't think I need to completely Purp the toon, so My question is If my ACC per power is close to Cap, and by Mids they almost all are close or at, What more could I get if I had a large Global ACC bonus?
  9. OK, so some friends of mine and I were talking about me respecing my Fire/Kin. I am a Mids-holic, allways trying to figure out a better build for my characters. I have come up with a build that puts me right at the Softcap for Smashing/Lethal, while increasing my Recharge to well over 200% and most my Acc on each of my powers are 91% or better(Per Mids). I am only using a few purples, but no sets that have 5 or more enhancements, so I do not get the global Accuracy 15% that a set of 5 will give you. I felt if my powers were close to cap (per Mids) that i don't need those large Acc Bonuses that the Purple sets give me. They were telling me I need to quit messing around and slot more Purple sets, mainly because of the Global bonuses. So my question I guess is; If I'm close to cap on my Acc on most my powers am I still missing something by not getting the Global Acc bonuses that the purples can give me?
  10. Force Feedback doesn't have a 100% chance to proc, much less a 100% uptime ratio. Turn it off and you'll realize that you only have 76.3% global +rech.

I don't have a Forcefeedback IO set on my build and I get 176.3% haste without hasten. Now this is Mids numbers, I'm not in game atm to see my actual numbers from my Combat Attributes, but I have no down time on Practice Brawler.
  11. I am leveling a DB/WP Scrapper atm, first DB and the attack Chains is something I'm really wanting to get a look at before I go much further, so I know which attacks to pick up. Is there some where that shows the numbers for the Empower,Weaken, Sweep and atack Vitals combo's?
  12. It really depends on what your planning for your /SR. I have a lvl 50 MA/SR, fully IO'd with out hasten I still clock 176.3% haste on Mids. I do have 4 LoG 7.5 Global Recharge Io's, and I have Practice Brawler slotted with 2 Recharge IO's so I still Stack PB. That being said, I do not PvP with him.(Unless it's just a friendly Arena Match)

  15. I had'nt done too much work redside, I do have a lvl 50 MA/SR scrapper, with Quickness and some global recharges he has no need for hasten, I have found properly slotted with recharge bonuses that the Speed pool is something I don't need. Yeah your right though I'm looking for a PvE build, as I will be taking this guy Blueside for "GR". I might try and make him a PvP build later, as his second build but right now trying to learn the powers. Perhaps there are some other powers I didn't pick up that might have made better choices than What I did. I'm not troller for a build just some advice.
  16. I have a lvl27 DM/Ninjitsu Stalker, and have begun working on a final build for him. This one sems a bit pricey but seems doable. I am trying to get Softcapped Melee and Range. Also I'm not sure if I should pick up Shadow Mual and drop a Epic later. well feel free to let me know what ya think.Villain Plan by Mids' Villain Designer 1.601

  17. Customizing a bunch of Characters, but am going to try a Rad/NRG Blaster. I don't PvP very much and it seems Blasters are a lot of fun in PvP so, I thought I'd make my first PvP dedicated toon. Hopefully a updated Mids will be around soon, to help me tweak the build when I get it leveled up.
  18. Will be a blast! Lots of Events and Prizes!

    Khelds Coloring

Ok Downloaded the new patch last night, was going through some of my toons, and love the new color combos I can come up with on my, Blasters, Defenders, Controllers, and even my Scrappers and Tanks. ( I do have some of every AT). I then pulled out my only Epic Toon so far, my Peacebringer. I thought it might be cool to alter the Colors of his Aura and Attacks. But then I found out I can't is this gonna be fixed or are none of the epics getting the Color customazation?
  20. Yep, Exploits need to be fixed. The SK level limit is just a suggestion to prevent PL-ing, I'm sure the PL-ing issue is being looked at, if you remeber Posi's post not too long ago.[/list]The Barter suggestion, well I have said I use the term Barter Loosely, as it is an option not a nessasary means of transaction. We allready have 3 types of Trading. The Auction house's WW/BM, Reward Merit Venders, AE Ticket vendors. WW/BM is an Auction house of sorts, you can buy/sell but not trade. The AE ticket Vendor gives you a random item, for a certain # of tickets. My proposal was to Expand the Reward Merits system, making it easier to get exactly what the player wants, as you get exactly what you want for the exact # of Reward Merits. The WW/BM Auction houses would work for those who have Items on hand they don't need or want. They can use the Auction house to, Sell the Item back to the store or offer it up to trade.
  21. I was representing your remarks (Quote: That the Devs should ignore your suggestion as it is not needed) and (Quote: You really don't need to bother anymore if you want.) Your and You are the words you chose in response to my post. I do agree that I do not want to turn this into a argument, and I resend the Griefer remark, I was just looking for Suggestions and Ideas.
  22. It's fine that he said he didn't like it, but to say not to bother anymore, is to kill the topic and not add Ideas or suggestions. I think you and I have disagreed but we have offered suggestions, that all I was looking for, I came up with some 'Suggestions" and rather than give alternatives the suggestions are attacked. You agree fine, you don't fine, if thats your reply fine, If you have alternative Ideas or Suggestiond then tell us.
  23. They may very well, not consider it, but that is not a suggestion of Ideas, that's your opinion. To say that I don't really need to bother making suggestions in a suggestion channel, is Griefer remark, otherwise why are you bothering to reply, with no Suggestions or Ideas?
