My crab got io's last week for roughly 300 mill and he works way better than expected. I took the main aoes and only two st attacks. I fight out of hover (which works wonders) and capped my ranged def. Serum is close to perma as well as i have 66% recharge. I picked up toughand my resistance is also nice, between that and capped ranged def my crab is a beast, and my blue bar doesnt get eaten away as fast as i thought, heres build.

Thanks for the info! Does anyone have an electric melee/wp build out there? Or can someone point me in the direction of how to IO a Willpower? (def/rech/hp etc?) Have yet to roll a wp and dont know much about the set, thanks!

I havent PvP'd in quite awhile and getting bored waiting for GR so im thinking of rolling a pvp toon. Problem is, idk whats good anymore. Personally id like to have a redside pvper so im thinking either a stalker or corr. Ive heard pain and thermal are great sets and for stalkers electric melee seems to be awesome. For stalkers what secondary to pair with electric? And if i went the corr route whats a viable build? (i have a 50 sonic/therm so if anyone has a pvp build for that it would be nce, but im looking forward to making an alt

P.S. I would like this toon mainly for zone pvp, i do see myself venturing to the arena every once in a while though. -
I noticed no crushing field. Now i think this is a great power to pick up with /stone for several reasons. Stone's AoE's offer knockdown which is great mitagation. Crushing field does not protect vs knockdown or knockback. With that being said you can keep mobs in one spot and constantly knock them down.
Also when you do start to IO, you can slott Ragnarok Chance for Knockdown in crushing field. Just for some added mitagation... and fun -
I love my all human WS, by far one of my favorite toons. He has a sturdy build (perma-eclipse and such) but ive been wanting a multi build to keep things exciting! So heres the blunt question, anyone have an affordable (no purps) yet effective human/nova build (not a fan of dwarf at all)? If so would you be kind enough to share it with me =]? Thanks!

My shade is all human as well. With that being said he has very near perma eclipse which will cap resis. I really see no need for twilight shield or penumbral shield. Gravity Shield is optional but i didnt pick it up. I fraken slotted eclipse with common ios, two rech/two acc/two resis.

Out of my build i would love capped def. Not a huge pvper and not enough money for purps and pvp ios sadly so on somewhat of a budget. Id like a nice amount of recharge in order to have a decent attack chain. Build is mainly for pve and just all around fun. Go ahead and hack it apart or re do if you wish ive never built a shielder before so im not 100% sure what to do or how to do it. I havent got a chance to look at the build you fixed for me but im excited

Im looking to make another scrapper but having a problem deciding between a DM/Shield or ?/electric armor. Ive never tried electric armor so i dont know the pros and cons to it. What meshes well with electric? Is electric any good, or am i better off with a DM shield? Thanks!

Alright I dont know about you guys but I have an urge to play an ice melee tanker, problem is, ice melee blows! Ice melee got a tiny buff not to long ago but IMO, not enough, but a solid start.
First off I think ice melee needs to take a step in the more 'smashy' direction. Meaning focus more on frozen fist type powers. I think frost is the first thing that needs to go. Replacing it with a single target damage power would be an excellent idea! Also (this is just me) I think ice sword should be ditched for another single target power, but with the frozen fist type animation.
And here is the biggy id love to see! Ditch frozen touch for a much more fun and unique power, a combo of sheild charge and thunderstrike if you will. The point would be to target an enemy and when the power activates, you nearly fly to the target and beat him with an icy fist! (sort of like johnny cage in MC) This would then cause an aoe effect like thunderstrike but the targeted enemy takes more damage!
This is just a few ideas, id love to see this sub par powerset be revamped and not simply buffed! Anyone else feel the same as I? If so post your ice melee fixes!! -

Besides, Energy Transfer looks so ridiculous on a sheilder, we should at least be able to have eviscerate -
Ive been really wanting to roll a MA stalk but im unsure of a secondary. Im looking at either energy aura or willpower because I havent really tried either two sets. I know energy aura is often looked down on but with capped def i figure it wont be too bad. Willpower on the other hand, i have no idea how to slott or what to io for, so any insight will help greatly!
P.S. i plan on a little pvp here and there!

My bane does alright in pvp. The def is awful in sirens call but when i pve with this build or head to rv my def is alright. The damage is pretty good surprisingly however i dont have assault in time for sirens call . I opted not to take a mastery and went with tough and weave in the 40s and it does help me quite a bit. I also took mace beam and poisonus ray, they both do good damage in pvp and good to snag runners. Im not sure you will be able to fit in shatter armor or not i couldnt do it. capping def was also expensive and required some odd slotting at times. Me and two friends of mine are looking to start a trio of pvp toons to get back into pvp. We are looking for any trio (red or blue) that would complement eachother very well for zone pvp and minor arena events. We will mainly be using SC to pvp in and occasionally RV.
