Because each costume piece has to be individually created (we can't CTRL+C, CTRL+V the pieces from male to female unfortunately ), this does mean that we will be offering less overall unique options, however we feel it's important to address this concern.
A female jacket of the same genre of a male jacket can't be unique? It can't have fringe? Or an upturned collar? Or three quarter's length sleeves? Or a raglan shoulder? Or Western clavicle panels? Or have elbow or shoulder patches? Or be sueded? Or be a waistcoat? Or be a duster? Or a (less revealing) embroidered bolero?

I reject this notion of 'uniqueness', especially when it's corsets over and over again. (At this point, you could have made just one generic corset and produced different overlays for it.) Here's a vision of 'uniqueness': A fully covered gunslinger female, while the male model gets a bare chest with bandoleers. That would satisfy your vision of uniqueness, no? Probably not. And we all know why.

I also reject this false dilemma of either exactly the same or extreme gender differentiation.

I hope the art team finds the middle way.

  6. I don't see it on Live or Beta. I even ran Ashley's arc and it didn't show. I even check a demoedit of the area and nothing is there.

TheDeepBlue is probably correct... it's a developer's placement marker accidentally made visible through some glitch.
  7. I'm not buying the Gunslinger and Prostitute Pack.

To Second Measure and Brian Clayton: Your art department is out of control.
    • They don't check in with the patch note process (e.g., beneficial changes to the character creator never got advertised in the patch notes nor advertised as an Issue feature... so, Marketing should be pretty ticked off about that).
    • When they interact with the players on the boards, they simply defend the way things are instead of bringing that feedback to the whole team. Complaints of sexism ain't new here. If anyone at Paragon Studios is surprised at this reaction, then there are some serious gaps with your player-communications. And there is just as much anger over the pre-tinting issue as with the sexism issue.
    • Jay approaches costuming like a frat boy ("Bunny tails ain't for guys!"). David still thinks he's drawing for 14 year old boys and not for a more diverse audience. Don't know why the women on the art team aren't championing a change the sexism being denounced here. And Positron, who used to have a say over the art department, is still harping on female henches as harems, despite the fact that we already have female 'pets' (Fortunatas, Seers, and the harloty harlequins) and YOU GAVE US A PROSTITUTE COSTUME FOR PLAYERS.

Not happy with this. I hope everyone boycotts this set until there's a real female gunslinger costume added to it.
  8. Crazy is thinking the next issue will take 5 months.
  9. The bus for an IncTrial ( ) leaves RWZ1 in Virtue every 5 minutes. It's rarely advertised in globals anymore since everyone goes to RWZ1 and hooks up there in /broadcast.
  10. But what if my cape is a pyschic evil cape +5?

Anyone who expects to be a VIP for the next year should also view this as a no-brainer. You get $30 extra value from it.

Though, it does limit one's ability to threaten a /ragequit.

To level 50+5. If they were level 55, you couldn't even slot them since they'd be more than 3 levels above you.

The +5 means 25% increase in the aspect enhancement values (5% x 5).

On the Paragon Market, there is a Precise Dual Inspiration (Large) x5, which is described as: "x5 - Large (+Acc/+Dam) Dual Inspiration.

Then there's also a Precise Imbuement Team Dual Insp (Large) x5, which is described as: "x5 - Large (+Acc/+Dam) Team Dual Inspiration.

My question is, do both of these inspirations convey the same individual bonus? If so, is there any reason to get the single-target inspiration versus the team one? I mean, if they have the same bonuses, the team one would be just as effective as the single-target one, right? Thus making it kind of pointless to get the single-target one, if the team one has the advantage of affecting everyone around you if you happen to be on a team?
    Precise Dual Inspiration
    • +28.12% To Hit
    • +37.5% Damage
    • +50% Perception

    Precise Imbuement Team Dual Insp
    • +14.06% To Hit
    • +24.75% Damage
    • +33% Perception to Team
    Both are 120 seconds.

See: CoD, which reminds me... I know you've been busy, but could you answer this... it's what makes answering your questions possible!

Yes, they keep the set bonuses down to 22, but the value of the Enhancements gets scaled from 40 to 22 just as if they were level 40s.

At level 40 they are functionally equivalent to a regular set at 40. The advantage they have is keeping the bonuses down to 22 while exemplaring.

But you can use your second build to create a toon that specializes in exemplaring to 22 which would be more powerful than the build with the SBEs because you can build to compensate for the exemplar scaling better.

I'm asking because I had a hard enough time finding information on Attuned IOs and usually when something like this comes out, it's called to my attention by our very vocal community.
See link above to the Wiki article on Attuned. Not hard to miss.

To clarify, you get the advantage of the top level of the range of the Attuned Set scaled by the exemplar scale down to your exemplared level. Which isn't that great a deal in many cases than if you slotted a low-level version of the set.

The advantage is when you go back to your unexemplared level, the Attuned enhancement values will bounce back up with you, which is something that slotting low level sets won't do.

However, a second build built exclusively for low level exemplaring will still out-perform a build with Attuned sets.
