Quote:I think you can check on your NCSoft account, go to Billing Summary and it will show you, under Microtransactions I think, when the VIP allotment is applied to your account.Just blew two grand on increased enhancement, recipe, and salvage storage. I'm down to 110 points, and I don't even know when my monthly allotment shows up.
Going to need to start buying points if they release something good in the coming weeks.
Well played, Paragon Studios. Well played.
I purchased the 3rd row of enhancements since I had purchased the second one last week.
I'm still thinking about the recipe and salvage storage increases. -
Quote:They are? I thought they fixed the issue with Performance Shifters because they knew that selling SBEs that are different from the crafted ones was a mistake. Not just insanely priced but works in an insanely different way than the crafted ones. Big boo boo to sale SBE's that are in any way different than the crafted ones. You would think they would have learned this from the performance shifters but WTH they went for the big money grab.
What happens when they leave the weed basement from the 70's and wake up to their mistake this time around? More nerfs to a product bought under the advertised 4.5PPM. Shame.
Quote:the only thing im waiting for to go on the market is the team transport power, who wouldnt want a team mish tp thats useable every 30 min? lol
Quote:Is there a sale on Salvage Storage as well? Recipe Storage? That would be more useful to me, but if the discount is deep enough I might pick up an extra tray of enhancements.
Quote:
* Enhancement Increase (1 of 2) and (2 of 2) are on sale for 25% off (1200 PP each). Each is an extra tray of enhancements (10 slots) that each character on your account can carry, to a max of 30!
*Salvage Inv Increase (1 of 10) through (10 of 10) are on sale for 50% off (400PP each). Each gives you an additional 10 Invention Salvage worth of storage space that each character on your account can carry!
* Recipe Inv Increase (1 of 10) through (10 of 10) are on sale for 50% off (400PP each). Each gives you an additional 5 Recipes worth of storage space that each character on your account can carry -
Storage expansion is on sale today... I just bought the '1 of 2' for enhancements last week, I guess I could now get the '2 of 2' for the reduced price.
I may have to think about the salvage increase, not sure yet.
Nothing else catches my eye. The Hecatomb set is insanely priced! Even at the 50% off sale price.
My opinion anyway... -
Well... I am having fun with a new SS/FA Brute that's around level 25 at the moment. I've never been much into melee characters so it's new to me.
Does doing kinky stuff on Mass Effect 3 count? -
I don't think it's a private channel...
Make sure you try to join using the correct spelling of the channel name, which is Victory Forum (no apostrophe or 's'). -

I did the same thing, although my results were different (crashes, etc).
I had to uninstall everything and then download the client from the CoH website and reinstall.
All you need to do is apply your Going Rogue serial code under your NCSoft account. -
Quote:Agreed.well i know i aint buying it, HATE vanity pets that do absolutely nothing
I am "happy" with the Leprechaun. After my long absence, I can use any help I can in making some influence. Could the price have been better? Of course...
But a pet that just stands there? It's fine if they're free (veteran rewards), but I am not going to pay for them.
Besides, you can only have one on at a time... so if I'm going to have one pet on, it's going to be the one that gives me a benefit.
Just my opinion though. -
Have you tried reviewing the program here: http://na.cityofheroes.com/en/commun...on_rewards.php
and here: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Paragon_Rewards ? That's where I kept going back for reference.
Basically you earn tokens by purchasing points and by keeping an active VIP Membership.
Quote:Reward Token Rate After City of Heroes Freedom Launches
While City of Heroes Freedom is in release, you earn Reward Tokens, too.
- Earn 1 Reward Token for every month of subscription
- Earn 1 Reward Token for every 12 months of subscription.
- Earn 1 Reward Token for every 1,200 Paragon Points (approximately $15) that you purchase through the Paragon Market.

Quote:Some changes that apply to the Leprechaun in today's patch.Issue 22 Patch 1 Notes
POWERS- Fixed a bug that caused vanity pets to be unsummoned if you are held, slept or stunned.
- Fixed a bug that would cause the Leprechaun pet to move more slowly than was intended.
My Petition about the PB/WS issue was also sent to QA as a bug for further review. -
Quote:Yeah, I'm sure it is.i think its mostly an oversight with the PB/WS forms since they allowed us to hit stuff like secondary mutation and mystic fortune from forms when they were previously disallowed, all they have to really do is allow the toggle to not grey out when the form is toggled (like an exception to what the form toggle affects)
I sent a petition from the Support site not as a complaint but kind of as a bug report.
I'll report after I hear from them.
EDIT: Just heard from a GM and he's scalating to a Senior Specialist. I should hear from them within 24 hours. -
I don't think we had a MM in the 3-hour ITF.
For some reason, when someone tried to snipe him to pull him, he would run away and start running all over the place.
Once, maybe twice, he ended up bringing some 5th Column adds with him to then go back to the steps and leave us the adds to deal with.
The only way to finally pull him to us was for me to TP in to him in Dwarf form, taunt, and then TP back to the wall.
Then while everyone took care of the fluffies, me and a Warwolf (Wolf Whistle, or whatever the temp is called) kept Rommie away. -
Quote:I gotta tell you though, there was something bugged in that ITF because that was just insane.Let's put it this way: right after I bought the Leprechaun I had a 3 hour ITF. Not so lucky...
But it is a perma 10% inf buff on all toons, so there you have it.
At least nobody quit and we ended up succeeding.
Quote:I saw many more Leprechauns than I expected, so I started to ask people who had them what they thought, and the reactions were universally positive.
I stand by my purchase, but I have two complaints:
1. The toggle seems to come off very often, so I'm not getting my 10% as much as I should.
2. It gets old having him around... I'd like the bonus sans the pet.Quote:the only annoyance i have with the power is that it detoggles on zoning
i also tend to forget to summon him since i am not used to using the vanity type pets, but the bonus inf is nice (more noticeable on high lvl toons though low lvl i notice almost no difference since inf amount is so low too)
What really bothered me is that on PB/WS it detoggles when you go into form, but they should have a workaround in place.
I understand it's because you cannot have any toggles, but seems a little unfair. -
Peacebringer 42 -> 50
Fire/Thermal Corruptor 38 -> 44
Nothing overly exciting, but my goal was to get the PB to 50.
Mostly ITFs (some fast, some not so fast ), a couple of Moonfires, and wanted to run in MP's Morty Kal last night but it was too late for me.
Oh... and ran in a Numina with my 50 Ill/Rad to finally get TF Commander! -
Quote:Already been confirmed it does not die.Hey, does the Leprechaun actually die? Has anyone actually bought it to confirm whether it does? It looks like it's supposed to be un-killable.
I played with a couple of people that have it last night and you can't even target it.
EDIT: It does not zone with you however... You need to summon again after traveling between zones or when entering a mission. -
Quote:Actually, that was changed.10% However, I've heard it can be attacked and killed easily, which means you have to keep resummoning it.
You can't even target the pet. However, it will not zone, so you have to summon it any time you enter a mission, travel between zones, etc. -
I'd like to get my Blueside lvl 42 Peacebringer to 50 and Redside lvl 38 Fire/Thermal Corruptor as high in level as I can.
Probably also start a new Brute... Suggestions? -
-
Speaking of bonuses...
Windfall seems to be on sale this week. -
Quote:The thread in general originally said that it was as much a squishy as the Veteran ones.Unkillable? I thought it was like the veteran pets that provides powers. If it's unkillable, that changes EVERYTHING!
Then someone said theirs was unkillable.
So the first person tested it again, and it was then unkillable.
The conclusion was that it apparently was changed/updated to unkillable.
Does any of that sound reassuring? Not really. -
I was reading the thread in the general forum and I was just thinking whether you would buy it or not...
Granted I only assumed because of the discussion about the flying disc power we all had in another thread.
-
I had my RoadRunner e-mail account on my NCSoft account and decided to change it to a Hotmail address I use specifically for gaming.
After years of not getting any CoX e-mails, I got the I22 one and the Flying Disc one last week. -
I can confirm this with Controller Illusion pets as well.
