The devs never, ever said power customization was impossible. The players inferred that from developer discussion.
  2. If you don't have them within 3-5 days after renewing, you should petition. You're *supposed* to get them within 24 hours, but sometimes there are delays that no one really understands.
  3. They lost access to the internet. How would they access Twitter without access to the internet?

No. A monkey could have those (I'm pretty sure I've teamed with some monkeys at various points in my team history). That does not constitute skill. It just means you PL'd.
  5. I define a skilled player by the fact that s/he's not killing or annoying (powers wise, not personality wise) me or the team/league*. If s/he's not doing those, then they're skilled enough for me and I don't need to take it any further.

*I'd prefer it if they didn't kill themselves along with it, but if they can handle their own rezzing, or we have enough rezzing to cover their suicides, I don't care.

Buuhhh... Dr. Who was around 1963-1989, then again 2005+. I know the list specifically mentions the modern series, but no real fan separates them into two.

I haven't seen a single person bashing you (please link it so we can report it if necessary), so why must you bash us?
  9. If you're talking about the wiki:

Yeah, the Leveling Chart and the Storage Capacity pages on the Paragon Wiki haven't been updated to reflect Premium/VIP status. I totally forgot about those. I have a week and a half off coming up soon so I've been planning on fiddling with a lot of the pages that need tweaked due to Freedom. I'll add those to my list.

If you're not talking about the wiki:

    I have no idea.

Whether you're talking about the wiki or not:

Best way to make sure you've got the appropriate number of slots is to contact support.
  10. It's only available to Tankers. It's listed in my Mids. What version are you using?
  11. To slot a T3, you first need to create the following:

    T1 (all salvage)
    T2 (previous power + salvage)
    T3 (previous power + salvage)

At this point, you have 50+1 everywhere, and good enhancement values from your boost.

To slot a T4, which does nothing beyond giving a couple more percent enhancement value (which may or may not be interesting to you), you need to get a second (different) T3 (so salvage, previous power+salvage, previous power+salvage) and then combine them: T3 + T3 + salvage.

Obligatory wiki link - clicking on the bold names of the abilities brings you to the page where their recipes are available.
  12. I like everything about the new Skulls except the hair. The Pocket D hair for boyz is terrible, and I think I saw one of them sporting the "shaved except bowl cut" abomination when I was wandering around kicking things with my Martial Combat blaster. Bowl cuts are bad, mmkay. Especially ones that make you look like you laid a badger on your bald head and called it good.

EDIT: Turns out, this shows the ugly shaved-bowl-cut I was talking about - the one on the right, with his back to us. That is FUGLY. GET RIGHT ON OUT OF HERE. You are not an edgy gang member, you're 8 years old and your gramma did your hair.
  13. I've spent $100 on top of my monthly sub. I did it to bump myself into T9 right before Celestial disappeared. I still have almost all of the points and most of the reward tokens.
  14. Exit to the server list and go back in. It's just an incomplete connection to the Market server.

I mean, I've seen them, and maybe its because I favor recharge and defense on all my characters, but nothing I've seen particularly makes me want to go out of my way to do weird stuff like drop tough and pick up other set resistances, or even focus on the resistances stacking in from other sets. Where it happens, it happens, but I still plan to chase recharge, defense, and regen depending on what character I am playing.

I guess I will just have to look at some builds in MIDS to see what the dealio is.

If you currently have a bunch of +mezres set bonuses (currently; as in, now, in i23), you will be seeing a significant amount of resistance granted to you automagically when I24 drops just because of stuff you've already got slotted. My claws/regen has an unimpressive amount simply because nothing I've been chasing on her has included much mezres. I'd have to respec her a little if I wanted to take advantage of it, but I like super-rech regen too much to do it.

    Ghost's Origin?

I have two ghost characters, and they are both natural origin because what powers they have were there when they 'woke up' after dying. If they were to come back to life, they would lose those powers; if they were to 'move on', they would lose those powers. Thus, their powers are natural to their state.

That isn't a debuff. That's just a self damage part, one that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. The game's got plenty of ways around that part.

However, the debuff that we're all talking about makes you completely unable to heal for twenty seconds, which is half a lifetime in this game. Since I play all of my characters in melee (my main, Agge, uses Total Focus as often as it comes up - and slotted with nucleus/peroxisome/peroxisome/rech IO/rech IO, it comes up pretty damn often), twenty seconds of not being able to heal is basically a deathwish in melee.

I too would like the chainsaw to have sound, given your comments on the subject I don't think its going to happen.

The suggestion to have two versions of the saw one with sound and one with out still subjects other players to the sounds so I can also see why you wouldn't want to do that.

So, can you just put a silent sound file on the saw so that us players that want sound can get a sound file and replace the silent one?

Because you know that we know how to do that. We can do the same thing in reverse. I'm sure soundbites of a chainsaw are easy to come by. That makes it a player opt in thing without requiring any UI work, we get what we want with a minim amount of work from your side.

Just putting it out there as an option.
    Best suggestion ever.
  19. They have always been spheres. I don't think the game has any effect that is a cylinder.
  20. The game would look like poo at that resolution anyway.

It doesn't add anything to the sides to accommodate widescreen views. It cuts things off the top and bottom. You see less vertical game view the wider your screen gets.
  21. The patches are spheres centered around where the character's feet/legs are.
  22. That was someone(s) doing something naughty in the files, and nothing Paragon has said has supported it.
