My screenshots are coming out solid black

For some reason not to long ago all my attempts at getting a screenshot from CoH stopped working and instead would spit out a solid black screen. I've used three different screen cap programs, but they all give me a solid black image as the result.

I don't recall changing any settings on my computer or anything like that. But I may have accidentally tripped something somewhere along the line.

Any ideas of what to do?

Have you tried to just hit Print Screen and let it go into coh / screenshots folder instead of some 3rd party capture?

Not sure if you're using a Mac... But if so: use command shift 3
If windowd try comnd shift 4 to select just game area

For taking shots in the costume creator (or anywhere on the web ) I am using the last free version of FastStone Capture (5.3)

I keep it in my quicklaunch taskbar so I can pop it on any time it's needed...I don't keep it running in the background, and use Prt Scr for regular ingame shots.

I tried out the free version of Fraps, which worked, and then bought the full version of the thing. So problem solved.
