VIP Paragon Points? Returning player question.

I just reactivated my account last week and I think I got mine just a few days after that.
Sorry I can't be more precise.
If you don't have them within 3-5 days after renewing, you should petition. You're *supposed* to get them within 24 hours, but sometimes there are delays that no one really understands.

I just got home and I have the points guess sometimes we get lucky.
