Well, no Scrapper is "best", some are just better than others.

Broadsword is quite endurance heavy, so I'd only suggest going /Regen, as it means you shouldn't have any problems.

Spines/ is also very heavy, and can be sometimes with regen.

Broadsword is very high Single Target damage (meaning only to one enemy at a time). Spines is very good for killing lots of minions very quickly. Dark is very good for buffing/debuffing. Everything is in it's prime somewhere.

I seriously doubt it. They'd be closer... but not close at all. imo /Regen stalkers are miles off as good as /Regen Scrappers, I have both, and I hate the Stalker.

Snow Storm- 3/3

Steamy Mist- 3resistance/3 end rdx, the defence sucks

Rain- 3rch/3slow

Tornado- 3Disorient, maybe 3 for damage, if you need it.

Lightning Storm- 3dmg. Rarely ever misses

Power Build Up- 3 rch

Temp Invul- 3 dmg res, 3 end rdx

Total focus instead of whirlwind (you won't be able to hit
people with it with Gale/Tornado/Hurricane running, and the end cost is too much)- 3dmg/2rch/1disorient


Try and shove Thunder Clap in there somewhere- 2acc/2rch/2dis

Torrent = hardly any damage, less than brawl, I'm sure
Tentacles = not worth slotting for damage, do about 5 ticks of hardly anything.

Eviscerate is teh uber, if it's anything like Ripper. If you want AoE, go spines!

Ice/Energy is best single target, and with /Energy you get Conserve power, and Powerbuildup, so you do more damage, and run out of end less= survivability.

Fire/Fire is best AoE damage, but has least survivability, as gets a lot of aggro.

*/Devs is not the highest damage, there is no Build Up, and Nova/Nuke takes hardly anything to activate, whilst trip mines take a century.

Energy/* has a lot of survivability, as if anything comes within threatening range, you can push it away, either with inherent % of KB or Power Push, if you decide to get it.

Elec/* is also good for survivability, and basically all round damage. Good AoEs, good ST, good hold, good secondary effect (when slotted properly)

ST damage is imho more PvP than PvE, as, how often is it you come across something so big that a few charged up AoEs can't take down? Sure, AVs, Elite Bosses, but that's about it.

So, if you want:

Great minion/lieut killer- go Fire/Fire
Survivability- [en/ice/elec]/en
ST damage- Ice/[en/elec]

I don't know why people say this, I have a Spines/Regen, and, although he's great in PvP, I don't see what makes them 'the best' according to most, the slow doesn't seem to be too big, and it's mainly AoE based, so the last power is a cone (not much higher than Lunge damage really), which sucks compared to something like Golden Dragonfly...

Think it's very nice, but it's a rather unnatural position. Personally, I don't like the contrast of texture with the face.

And, Jedis/Siths don't use guns
