I seriously doubt it. They'd be closer... but not close at all. imo /Regen stalkers are miles off as good as /Regen Scrappers, I have both, and I hate the Stalker.
Hmm I've got both and I love both :P the main reason I made my scrapper was beacuse my stalker!

True but a scrapper can still do just fine without them so could a stalker make it to that level of a scrapper with no accolades?

I think you are mistaken, the hit point accolades are percentage based while the endurance ones are a set amount

I thought they all were percentage based it just happens that as endurance is 100 +1% End = +1 End.

Yep sorry some have missleading info on them unless you look in your badges.
High pain threshold just says 'increased by 10' but if you look in your badges it says by 10%
Marshal also says 5% increase in end.
