It's why I'm not level bumping a WM/shield scrapper. I don't want to get it level bumped, slot in the Incarnate stuff that is given to you, and then start out at level one on live. I'll likely just stop at the First Ward stuff.
-
Considering you can get leveled to 50 per request if you are outside of the tutorial, I don't need to check the temperature in Hell to know the answer.

BillZ even came on here to try and prove once and for all that Claws was indeed the best and found out he couldn't back up his claim. The only set that has a chance is if/when Spines comes to brutes.
-
Guessing the first one is for the first target and then the 2nd one is for each additional.

Already found the articles saying it's a false rumor after the agents of the actresses were contacted.

Posted three days ago and I see no comment saying it's a hoax. Also note "attached to star" means very little until the person has actually signed on.

Quote:They do run, but most times they start to run and then the taunt aura and you attacking bring them back so they don't go far. Brutes do get taunts through merely attacking as well, IIRC. Some will flat out run away and then come back, but it's not nearly as bad as what it is on scrappers. What makes me ever more puzzled is I thought damage auras were supposed to be the taunt auras, because on my KM/Elec brute nothing runs, And when I watch SS/Fire brutes, nothing runs (maybe they die before they get a chance too). I'm thinking it's the AT mixed with the things you've said. I long for the days of fury+quills+Blazing aura :-(

/fire/mu is good enough to carry a crappy AoE primary. If not SS, then Claws works, but again, it's rather difficult to screw up if you have /fire/mu to begin with.
-
I would argue that Khelds and SoAs are more varied. Ill/kin is an odd pairing though.
-
I think /dark is a great blapper type of set. It might be the best actually. The animation time on Soul Drain is long for a blaster, but I think it can be dealt with.

Define farming. Are we talking ticket munching, or PLing others? For PLing, nothing really matches it, but you can get close enough to where it won't matter. Claws, as previously mentioned works. For sheer ticket munching, I would pick Claws over SS just because it's easier to do since you only need a damage aura and Spin versus waiting until 32 to get FS and since you can do it via low level maps, you can do it unslotted.

Quote:Maybe the same person, but there was a girl who won the state title in wrestling. I know she even went onto college level of wrestling.I never read Youtube comments, but Carano is no small chick. She's not like usual Hollywood starlet weighing in at 110 lbs. Her walk around weight is in the 160 -170 range. She could more than give your average sized joe a run for the money.
However, a good way to shut them up is grappling phenom Hillary Williams. She has a winning grappling record even against guys.
This picture says it all

So does the rain power. Fire, Ice, Rad, Dark, and any of the weapon sets will put out solid AoE. Fire and Ice being better on corrs due to scourge.

Quote:Always good to check here.Well, hell, I was going off of mids... and even there failed to note that it says it DOES exactly what you say. Apologies all around. That is fantastic news.

I would add in Acid Mortar since you can have more than one out and with two characters whatever is in front of you is debuffed to hell. The advantage of two Traps defenders so easily soft capped is you can grab Assault and use that to add to your damage output.
-
Quote:Max of 16 targets. LinkWith that, I also have a quick question with acid mortar, is the actual mortar round itself a single target or AOE projectile?
EDIT: Due to radius size I doubt is ever gets that high, but at least it's not a ST attack. -
All of them get a pet besides Mind, so I would qualify them as a pet class. I believe doms are included as well, so do you have issues with just controllers being added then?

Quote:This. And I'm still waiting to see if she act worth much of anything because if she can't, it won't be around for long.I think Soderbergh likes trying out putting actresses in roles that they sort of fit in real life, even if they aren't well known. He kind of did the same thing by giving Sasha Grey a mainstream movie role in "The Girlfriend Experience." The difference, though, is that he didn't bring this kind of starpower to that movie.

RE: Phalanx Fighting
DEF(Melee, Ranged, AOE) +2.25% for 0.81s If target is another player
DEF(Melee, Ranged, AOE) +3.75% for 1.25s [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs] Effect does not stack from same caster
Is this not showing in game? That looks like a default 3.75% buff no matter what. -
And if you are farming on a SS/fire brute then you are at least using inspirs to damage cap yourself. So much so, Rage is often not even used so the crash is avoided.

Quote:What I'm saying is, give a one month player the chance to create a guy and a 5 year vet the same chance with the same options and the 5 year vet is going to by in large make a better outfit.. . . or have the range of vet and bought costume pieces that add to one's ability to create awesome costumes. Vet status cc's are very much better in these terms. And may actually be a good way "around" the inability to give ingame rewards to free players. It would be unfun to enter a cc knowing the first prize is $50m, second $25m, and third $10m (or whatever), to come in first and then have someone who came in third get more of a "prize" than you do. But if the cc is only open to freeps . . . well, that makes it seem more fair (though it does bring up that ugly specter of freeps being "other").

Quote:Which means in a fraction of the time I have played you have more 50s than I have. This could mean I have more alts, or you got PLed. In other words, how many 50s you have is downright meaningless.I play the game since day one thank you very much. Only 2 or 3 month a year tho. I have more than 10 50ies, list doesnt matters to you I think. Most of them are defenders by the way.
Quote:The numbers are meaningless unless given context. Those values are just multipliers, but have you looked at the actual comparison? Scrappers at 5.625 will do more damage over time thanks to criticals than a full-fury Brute. You're only the first to notice it because you're wrong!
