After taking them step-by-step through what I'd petitioned (my blackwand is missing on about half my toons) I got exactly what I expected, they couldn't do anything about it in-game and are escalating my petition to a senior rep. That's always the response I get; from RMT spammers to EULA violations to almost any in-game issue...escalation to a senior rep.

I don't even bother anymore, my stories are the same as everyone elses.

I petitioned someone clearly breaking the EULA...GM visit. Apparently they had to escalate my petition to a senior rep to find out if Green lanterrn and sup3rman really were no-no's. Before Freedom's launch those sorts of names would be genericed on the spot. I saw one of the toons several days later...NOT genericed. I was like...wow...okay, whatever then.

And let's not forget petitioning a racist bigot who was going off in broadcast...GM visit.

And every single one of those GMs was clueless, I don't think any of them read the petition at all.

It isn't worth the time or effort anymore. Or like someone else said...petition and then log off or switch toons. I've done it, I admit it. I really don't need to waste 10 minutes with a clueless GM visit over an RMT spammer or whatever. READ the petition!

I know it's not much to go on, but I had enough points for 2 packs so I went ahead and bought a couple.

I got the belt, gloves, and canon out of it...and a bunch of crap that I didn't.

Those 2 packs are probably it for me though.

On beta I got 80% of the costume bits within the first 4 packs. However...

I don't think I am going to take that gamble with the packs on live.

Sorry, devs, but I am NOT a rich player. You won't make a wad of money from me with this. I'll wait till the full costume set is available in some sort of pack.

Agreed. And I am sick to death of support acting like my token for January doesn't exist. I still don't have it! Ever since I was awarded my December one late (8th of Jan) support has been trying to tell me that my tokens are now awarded the 8th of each month, and that I already received my token of January.

No, you boobs, that one on the 8th was a late grant from freakin' December! Their main response in e-mail "broke it down" for me like I am an idiot and actually made it seem like I am supposed to get only one token every 2 months.

A friend of mine that has been with the game since beta has actually already left because support treated him like dirt. In his case a GM actually left him to go help a freebie player and then never came back.

Keep it up support, keep alienating your playerbase till there is nothing left.

I agree with you, Agent, it IS a ploy to make people buy points and items "quickly before they all go away foreeeeeeeever!" type thing.

And it sucks.

As much as I want a few of the items I only have 600 points and I cannot afford to buy anymore right now. I can spend 120 on the skirt, top, and strappy heels, but I'd still get a better bang for my buck by buying it all together.

So I guess I'll miss out. Sometimes, Devs, your strategy backfires.

OH, and I may have 600 points, but when I22 launches the staff set and beast mastery set will be 800 each (likely) and I want to have enough banked for them especially staff melee.

This is a toughy... I have several.

I have every possible combo with illusion and with plant, so those are definitely my two favourites. Though I used to have a "thing" for the grav set. Oh, and just about anything with fire blast. Mmmm

Ok, I was told multiple times that they don't.

No, I have bought points before, a couple 5 dollar purchases and probably three of the 15 dollar ones. That extra token the night I bought points must have been bacause I had enough stacked up to earn another.

As for the one appearing today...support told me the 8th, but maybe this is my missing one from last month. >.>

I know you have to buy 1200 (I think) points at once for a token, yes? I was told numerous times that free points and such do NOT stack, you know, the bonus ones you get when you buy so many.

A couple days ago I bought 1200 points, I got my token for buying them, yay. I ALSO got another alongside. I was thinking, Oh, I guess I got the one promised on the 8th a bit early.

I just logged in and found another token.

That's 3 tokens over a period of 3 days. Has something glitched or have I been awarded something extra for all the extra points that have been accumulating? This is weird...

I had bought enough points to get a token anyways, and then suddenly I had 2. It was like earning a token that way kick-started the reward I was missing from last month (again.)

But I won't complain if I get another on the 8th anyways, LOL!

BUt even so, 5 dollars won't get them the invention, WW, or salvage drop access that they are after. I have my second account almost through tier 6, and I still don't get drops nor can I use IO's.

They're going to have to spend a few hundred in order to get to where they want without becoming a VIP and getting automatic acess.

Each month you are a paid VIP you receive a reward token, you place the token in a free spot from the bottom of the tiers all the way up. I've been playing 6 years and only just began tier 9, but I have also done the following about 5 times....

If you spend 15 dollars (at once) on PPoints in the store you will be awarded a reward token. The only problem is Salvage drops and IO rights don't begin till somwhere in tier 7 I believe. It might be tier 6.

You can get to the tier you want for the salvage drops if you're willing to drop 405 dollars each on enough points to get enough tokens to place (that's if you need to be tier 7). Or you can become a VIP paid subscriber and get automatic rights to salvage drops and stuff, and it will also get you a token a month.

In short, the only way to get further up on the tree is to spend 15 dollars on points and get one token, or pay the monthly fee and get access automatically.

I'll be on the Exalted and Union runs, but I'll probably be late by 30 - 45 minutes, it's just way early for us in AU.

I thrid (fourth?) the fire/fire/pyre reccomendation. Mine is a beast and can farm certain maps +4 with no problem. Gets even easier with that lvl shift and incarnate goodies.

I got the same run-around this month...

Points came way early though...8 days before my bill date! However...the token...2nd of Feb and stll nothing. When I petitioned this time I was told oh, you don't get that until the 8th of Feb, yu got your last one Jan 8th.

Uh..that's because the one on Jan 8th was granted more than a week late from December. Then I got this loooooooooooooong winded reply that made it seem like I only get 1 token every other month. Um...wha...? O.o

I give up, I really do. They're going to award me what they damn well feel like, or so that was the impression that I got.

And I haven't used the toon in 125 days, but it was fine a couple weeks ago when I was scrolling through my options for the upcoming TT. At least...I remember it being fine. I am positive that it hasn't seen a tailor since creation.

For the costume they claimed it was either SG mode that had done it (yeah, right...SG mode doesn't reset your entire head to default) or that it was because an old costume piece was removed. Uh...no, serated sugar hair and face 6 are still there. >.>

As for the missing power they offered no explanation, instead they gave me some long command that I had to copy and paste to bring the window up so I could actually claim it (again.)

Issue feels only a little resolved, honestly, but... *shrugs*
