Despite the fact that they pretty much created the superhero genre and the concept of a superteam, with the likes of the JSA/JLA etc,
The Nolan Bat-chise is the best in the genre period, but take it away and Detective Comics has almost nothing [save the Watchmen] to compare to marvels successful comic book adaptations, and that's even without adding the X-Men & Spiderman trilogies.
It actually elicits wincing when the two brands' movie outings are compared, shall we.. =]
