Not in the context as I understood it, because one is not contingent on the other. It's only in addition to the nothing that you pay to play the game now.

It works fine for me, but I actually did not realize it was that large. When I viewed the image by itself originally, it was automatically resized by my browser and I didn't notice.

Read the User Agreement sometime. They allow you access to content at their discretion, and you in fact have no fundamental right to use the game at all.

I still think we should have gotten a new mission to earn Entrusted with the Secret at lower level, maybe in Twinshot's arc and whatever corresponds on the other side. Yes, I know we don't technically need it, but it would have been nice.

Maybe they were all roleplaying in missions. They wouldn't be exiting every two minutes.

Other than the endurance usage, Ice/Time is nice at low levels. Bring someone to do damage for you and you have it made.

As for higher levels, I took my Ice/Time in Beta to the Underground Trial, and had to be very aggressive (probably reckless) to feel like I was any real danger, but that was with a good team, so maybe it didn't prove that much.

On the good side, skippable powers mean you can use more from power pools without angst.

If it isn't reliable, it proves nothing.

I am on the side of rationality. I oppose insupportable statements like "MART has made my character unplayable" (before it even went Live) and "the number of votes AE arcs get proves that AE is used more for farming than anything else". You agreed that counting votes isn't 100% accurate (or at least that it may not be). To me that makes it inadmissible.

My Demon/FF Mastermind begs to differ (as long as you don't look at Psionic when she doesn't have a Luck handy).

Exact same case for my Fortunata. My Bane would also have Psionic capped with a Gladiator +3% Defense.

For some content, the effective soft-cap is higher, and I doubt too many people reach that on their own. Enough Barriers could still make a bubbler feel unloved, though.
