  1. Kind of seems redundant to place them so close to Trams.

Also loving how they're just random portals sitting in random spots, with a few guards standing around it. At least do something that looks less half *** and lazy. Like have Portal Corp/Aeon Corp branching out and putting small Portal Corp/Aeon Corp buildings in each of these zones as they try to streamline interdimensional travel for heroes/villains/etc.

    Current HP
    Experience to next level (pre-50)
    Influence/Infamy
    Level shift

Doesn't take much space at all. Even less if you don't care about the other stuff.

I'm not saying having it permanently visible elsewhere would be a bad thing, but you don't HAVE to have the big window up.
Guides are cool and all, but what about the heaps of more casual players out there that don't check forums and just come to play the game?

I agree that if it's important, it needs to be clearly shown on the UI.

srs? I've always heard the opposite. That he half ***** his pages, takes longer than deadlines give him, and can be a bit of an ***.

I just figured he gets work 'cause he's a famous name.

When they originally built Cimerora all it served as was a house for Imperious. He was the only story content offered there. Since then we've only seen three contacts added to it, two of which were afterthoughts that don't offer much in the way of story. I'm not saying Cimerora as a storyline element isn't important, but the devs did not need to dedicate resources towards making it it's own zone. Let's focus on filling the zones we have, and less on making new ones we don't need for five or six issues.

We've had semi monthly powerset releases since Freedom launched. I'm pretty sure it'll pick back up next month with the new wave of powersets I named off, which btw were the ones we found out about before the Pummit. So that covers June-November, which is summer through fall, given most of 'em probably only need some graphics tweaking considering the numbers seemed legit. Give 'em an extra month of two for whatever surprises they may have and that lands us in January through I'd say March territory for this new Rad Armor. Bam.

Sorry I didn't do tons of research before making an estimate based on memory. I'll make sure not to repeat that mistake in the future.

Yeah, wasn't being srs. When I said I got tired of the Incarnate storyline and was looking forward to the Battalion, I meant where it'll take us, and hope that'll spark some interest in it for me.

Although the way you described it sounds like every new season of DBZ ever. Intro new guy that's "eben moar powerfulz than last guyz and we gotta be eben moar powerfulz to stop it". Not giving me much hope :\

Also: a primeval jungle full of dinosaurs and man-eating plants, and like cavemen or a primitive society of some sort. (And yes, I realize that dinosaurs and cavemen didn't exist at the same time... just make the primitives the victims of a time warp or the like, with part of our goal to get them home to their own time or something.)
I'd rather have maps that do that job than a whole new zone. Zone's take too much effort for too few story arcs, and are typically ignored once they've been run one time. But a fun TF or story arc that involves going to a jungle/medieval castle and has much smaller, more well designed maps we can also access in AE? Bam. Won't get ignored anywhere near as easily and takes far less time to actually design.

Don't think that's WAI. I can stand next to any old enemy with my taunt aura and stealth on, and they'll attack me without me having to do anything. It's not suppressing.

lol nope. Apparently it was too much work to swap Libs for BaB, since folks running Twinshot's arc have to talk to her once or twice. So Libs is staying in Fort Trident, AP, and IP. BaB's, meanwhile, stays in his little police station in the far far corner of AP.

Not anytime soon, I can tell ya that. If I had to guess, it'd be December-February. We still have Water Blast, Psi Melee, Bio Armor, Nature Affinity, and the new Primalist AT that'll eat up Summer and Fall for monthly releases.
  12. I thought that only applied to the intro cut scenes?

And I love cut scenes in story arcs and TFs. But on trials, although cut scenes are cool and I don't want 'em taken out, some could be shortened. Like Keyes could be shortened immensely, and instead have most of his rant play out while we run the trial itself.

But it's fun to complain about everything.

Honestly, I dunno. I kinda got tired of the Incarnate storyline, like, two issues ago and am just looking forward to both the Battalion and where that'll take us and future zone revamps and the cool mid level content we'll hopefully get with those. They can do whatever they want with Cole and I couldn't care less.
  14. Nice. Lovin' the suit. Looking forward to this.

    Also lolol nerd rage
  15. I like Deadpool

Especially when he's written more as a guy who just wants to be an X-man, isn't afraid to tell Wolverine to stfu with his brooding, and shows off that he's actually jealous and angry no one wants to take him in and help him because he wasn't born with his powers.

Also lol this guy's name is terrible and Liefeld still can't draw.

Independence Port seemed to be what the devs were leaning toward at the Pummit. Possibly shortening it and revamped it.

Although I completely agree AE needs more attention/features/etc, Paragon Studios has been sort of good about adding other level content alongside higher level stuff. We got the revamped 1-20 content awhile back, and last issue we got two new story arcs for heroes and villains in the 20-25 range. It's just the devs need to stop wasting resources on niche zones that only get played once like FW and NW and instead focus some of that effort on new Tips, or more new self contained story arcs in the 30-45 range in our existing zones.
  19. I think it wasn't so much dissing Carnage as it was the character Shriek who, tbh, looks really lame. Carnage doesn't need a partner in crime to pull off his bloodthirsty brand of crazy, especially not one designed by Rob Liefeld.

It was dumb for Stalkers because, 'king of single target' is folly if you think Blasters should have the same title. I'll repeat.

    lol no

If someone freeloaded, the other person in the pact has to work literally twice as hard to get XP. If you're using leveling pact as a way to PL, you're doing it wrong.

You must've had crappish luck, then. Sorry 'bout that.

For OP and Ultimus, Virtue's cons can be pretty well avoided if you stay out of Pocket D. Even if you're into RP. Everywhere else is pretty good about forming up teams. Always a sewer trial in Atlas Park, always an incarnate trial in Dark Astoria. And PuG teams form regularly, both RP and non.
