Seeker drones on traps is an awesome alpha-soaker. Stick a couple of range enhancements on it and you can spawn the drone behind the nearest enemies. they turn and start attacking the drones. The drones have a chance to blind, hold, disorient a few minions, and while they are busy fighting them, you can run in and drop poison gas trap to hold most of the rest, then set up your acid mortar, and by this time, your pets are mopping them up.
Traps = awesome. Stacking traps in a team full of them is really a sight to see (linky in my sig).
p.s. Drones also debuff accuracy and damage, which is another plus.

I went with both bonfire and waterspout on my fire/psi dom. The firecages AoE immobilization power has knockback negation in them for about 10 seconds. I spam firecages, drop out bonfire and waterspout and they burn and grind the groups with constant DoT, while my imps are attacking and I'm alternating between PSW and more firecages to keep them in place. This is usually after hitting them with flashfire so they don't have much in the way of fight left in them.
It's really rather unfair to them. -
Well, as long as they don't also remove the badge for the IoP. I spent $20 moving my badger to infinity to get it and then back to Champion.
Make it like the Celebrant badge. There for a while, but if you snooze, you lose. -
While I've not farmed with my dark/elec defender, I've helped on one with it. They said it was the fastest they could ever remember, not to mention the safest.
I went with dark for the epic power. The soul drain is like a personal fulcrum shift if you can get them close enough. I think the max targets are 10, but each gives a 12.5% dmg buff. It lasts for like 30 seconds or so and you can really dish out the damage. The problem with it is that the recharge is long. I need to redo mine with IOs for +recharge. The pbaoe stun/disorient field really helps too.
It wouldn't be as fast as a fire/kin but I think you could do okay with it. Pairing it with a fire/kin farmer is just awesome. My dark/elec has several +dmg IO bonuses as well as nearly 20% dmg boost from assault. -

Yeah, powers + bonuses + enhancements. Then, PowerBoost really kicks it up.

Something's going on in that Division: Line arc for 40-45. The Recapture C'Kelkah mission seems bugged. C'Kelkah tends to Leroy Jenkins and die a lot, but the mission doesn't end. It doesn't fail and you can't complete it since you can't lead him out. On a flashback, the only way I found to reset was to log out for 5 minutes and back in.

I believe Power Boost increases effects by 149% at 50, though I don't know the level it is at when you get it (I think it scales upward in power as you level).

I think 149% is for Defenders and 119% for blasters (City of Data) -

know how you solve it? Take the last 500 peeps who joined the server with new toons and move them to another, after that do it again if you have to. I been here since inception on the same server so is unfair that i get screwed.

It's not one server. The "Tranquility" name is the name of the entire farm of servers. Tranquility is the entry point. It's actually a HUGE server farm custom built for them by IBM (I believe). They have the shared universe model. -

City of Data shows it as resistance (35% base), not defense. -
Man, oh man, this thread is going to cause me to spend a lot of time on the base, and not leveling up my characters!
I've just built my first base, for the Element Earth (earth/* SG) on Justice. Nothing fancy, just a place to try to squeeze in as many telepads as possible into the rent-free base. It's currently at 17 zone beacons, but with a lot of prestige, a 5x5 teleport base, plus another 2x2, with the supercomputer, I just might get that up to 20.

I think Mid's has an addition bug when displaying totals. On my previous post, I mention how I had nearly 30% defense to ranged, melee and AoE after IOs. Well, I carefully hand calculated and it appears that Mid's doubled the effect of the defense Stealth adds, during the totals phase. (Stealth is normally 1.75%, fully slotted to 2.76% using 6 red fortunes). However, when toggling it off and on, all defenses change by 5.5%, instead of 2.76%.
So, be careful on your values posted, as Mid's isn't 100% flawless yet. -
Very nice! I agree, the IO bonuses are unbelievable! I made a super-reflexes enery/energy blaster recently with IOs.
Using mid's I made an SR scrapper, and fully slotted all the defense powers (except elude), and all toggles on showed 30.2% defense to ranged, melee and AoE. That was my goal for my blaster.
When it was all done, he came up to 27.4% melee, 28.7% ranged, and 24.9% AoE, and that is before Powerboost kicks in to add another 8% to each. Powerboost isn't perma, but my next build, it will be. That also doesn't include the tough and epic armors which can bring smashing/lethal resistance to near 50% with resistance to others being good too (30% energy if using electrical mastery, 15% cold and 30% fire if using flame mastery, etc)

Also, there is a pre-lvl 20 power for scrappers that is actually better than stamina: Quick Recovery, from the Regen powerset. It's available at lvl 4 and is base 30% end recovery (Stamina is base 25%).
