Elec doesnt really offer as much for the ranged blaster IMO. But up to you in the end.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Archery/Energy is great
I'm personally preparing to spec into a more stalkery PvE build, using SS+Stealth and Boost range for that real "Crafty Ranger" Kinda feel. So, I'll be able to sneak up on mobs and Stunning shot one, Stun the other,(Long durations because of power boost), and then beat up what's left, and then proceed to kill those two with a variety of blaps safely.
Then of course, I'll still have my uber Rain of Arrows for when I'm teamed, coupled with my other AoEs, and have my blaps/STs for bosses.
What secondary did ya go for, btw? -
Snap Shot isn't that good, you can skip it, and please, PLEASE get build up in there earlier. It is really very good and useful. Also, what sort of playstyle do you want? It all depends on that really what options to take/skip.

20 is too low, and it's best to be towards the higher end of the respec range.

Just off the top of my head of what I think'd work, included gang war in there as an alpha taker, so you're still "The big man", took mace mastery for the defence shield, and this looks like a generally nice build. I should try a blastermind on my thugs/dark sometime... -

TOs are training origin, or generic, enhancements. They offer the smallest boost. DOs, dual origins, are each for 2 origins, or only 2 origins can use each DO as a better way. There *are* DOs of each type for all origins, of course. They offer double the boost of TOs. SOs are single origins, each SO enhancement is assigned an origin, so you can only get the SO from the store of your origin. They off 4x the boost of Training origins.
DOs are available from 12(Using lvl 15 ones) and SOs from 22(using lvl 25 ones).

I'm saying that fort and cm would be great, for saving lives, and preventing death. I know that if I had vengeance, I'd be more tempted to "Forget" A heal to use it, but that's me
But if there's room after other things, go ahead.
And people who recruit a 'pure' empath will probably be looking for someone with a rez. Simple as. I get nervous if a teammate has vengeance -
Fort you can keep on about 3 people. And the +def rocks, slot 3xrech 3xdef, you'll need to heal less.
And if you do your job you shouldn't need vengeance. Prevent death, don't thrive from it -
Where's fort? And why Vengeance? I'd go for something like...

Till 22. You can get leadership after if ya like, but I'd not advise vengeance. And SS will give you semi invis(Full invis if you stack it with stealth by the way) and that works fine.
Fort is an awesome buff. 'nuff said. Fitness will really help you get out all those heals, and minimise your downtime. Those heals are end heavy.

Why oh why? Its a pretty bad combo, well prolly just as good as the random PUG, but prolly not much better.
Defs do 50% dmg of a blaster, and when fort is the only buffer, that means slow lvling.
