Well it's more relevent here so what the hell. Usually I'd take some notice of the board rules but the linked topic actually pertains to many people who either gave up on the PvP board and channel or are actually nothing to do with the PvP commuinty anyway, so wouldn't be reading it, right?

About time, WooT Go Plight & other who are getting back our Arena channel without stupid & pointless & somtimes plain childish comments.
I't may take a while for the some of the Idiots who Arena Spamm just to get to you to start play buy the rules, but ONE step at a time hey
If all failes /ignore but i hate to /ignore it's un community like, but if it has to be done it has to be done, iv never ever /p any 1 & dont really want to for the same reason, but i do rally somtimes get frustrated when i ask spammers nicley to plz stop & i get a smart Ar* Comment, "Disable the arena chat then" Grrr that drives me up the wall lol.
PVPers Let's Pull together & nib thiss in da butt

IM WITH YA PLIGHT! I only use the Arena channel to say 'hi all' (Which I shouldn't really do *Slaps himself*) Like Flush said "PVPers Let's Pull together & nib thiss in da butt" We need to all tell spammers the rules of the Arena channel and stick together so we get this point across. So ill try and keep Arena clean and tell people off for miss using it hehe

This isnt a vigilante post lol, im all for the rally, but as i said in the main thread, if people cant listen dont get out of line or out of hand, just let the GMs know, the big B laid the rules down months ago, im ust feeling inspired at the mo, people like warengine would read that channel if it wasnt for some of the 'unnecesary' chat etc.

Im always in global, so for all the casual "hi peeps" i will still see em, be nice to hav a proper (semi) unmoderated global channel

I respect what you're rallying Plight, it wouldn't be called arena if the original intention was general chit-chat. As I'm becoming more of a heavier PvP'er that channel is really a useful tool. So I'm with ya all the way mate

only cuz wabbit was chatting there, if someone was on arena (which there was) chat carried on there, until as ive stated waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many times, red names need to REALLY cahnge the channels and/or moderate, otherwise it wont stop. end of. Ya dont like it, /ignore is tehre for that kinda of thing, deal with it

Okay, a couple of things.

Aiming negative comments at a specific person or group of people is against the rules on these boards (depending on the situation it counts as flaming, 'naming and shaming' or both). I've just had to remove some posts from this thread for this reason.
